[Resolved] OverCart — product not yet received

I placed an order for a mobile and i also paid the full amount.
It has been almost a month right now. I tried contacting the customer care through email they haven't got back to me yet. I tried calling also. Multiple times.
Order i'd: bst[protected]
The amount has been deducted from my bank account also.
What can i do now?
I have bought other things from them but this is the first time it's happening.
