[Resolved] OverCart — prepaid order not yet delivered

Order no. Bst[protected] I have ordered a sony xperia pre owned mobile from overcart nearly 22 days ago. I have also paid 1070 for the same. My bank statement confirmed that the amount is deducted. But till now i didn't received my order.in the over cart app, it is just showing that the order is received. I tried to contact costumer care but it is always busy. Was this information helpful? And the tracking detail they provided is also incomplete. Look at the image. Now what shall I do ?? Am thinking to complaint in consumer forum.
