On saturday 17th june, my relative in hyderabad sent me medicines through overnight couriers from ramanthapur branch as it is very urgent and important for me to take with out break. The courier was to be despatched by monday or tuesday. When contacted the courier office by my relative, she received harsh talks and disconnected the phone. And till this day (Thursday 22nd june) i haven't received. So my relative asked again for the reason as it is very urgent there act was never guilty and talked harsh again. And i contacted chennai branch and demanded for their worst misbehaviour with a lady, they coolly replied that only today did we complaint so it will be dispatched today and cut the phone. Pl take action for their arrogant behaviour how to behave with ladies and also for their misguidance. Was this information helpful? |
