[Resolved] Overnight Courier — Local Consignment not received even after 6 days of dispatch | |
The "Overnight" name is not at all suitable for this courier company, I am surprised to see so many complains lodged against this company, and yet they manage to create tie-ups with corporates! They should change the name to "Overfortnight". My very important and confidential consigment from HDFC Bank, dispatched locally in Mumbai on 18/12/2009, has not reached me yet (24/12/2009). I am not even able to find the website address of the company to track the consignment with a way bill number ([protected]), and above all, they have registered a mobile number ([protected]) with the bank which is not operational. overnight courier — Unable to Deliver
They accepeted a cosignment (Ref No.[protected] and refused to deliver at the address mentioned on the consignment.If they cannot deliver why they accepted ?

respected sirThe HP INDIA company sent me a philips home theatre through overnight courier in may 2009 .But i have not received the product yet.The courier authority is not taking any measures to find out where the product is.The courier consignment number is 00225266.Kindly take necessary actions.
