On saturday 17th june, my relative in hyderabad sent me medicines through overnight couriers from ramanthapur branch as it is very urgent and important for me to take with out break. The courier was to be despatched by monday or tuesday. When contacted the courier office by my relative, she received harsh talks and disconnected the phone. The "Overnight" name is not at all suitable for this courier company, I am surprised to see so many complains lodged against this company, and yet they manage to create tie-ups with corporates! They should change the name to "Overfortnight".
