I was not able to receive package on 6th of november but talked to delivery boy to collect it directly from hub but he denied by saying he is no more available for next two days in diwali holiday so collect it on 9th november 2018. Today when i called him he said he doesn't know anything and behaved so rudely by saying that shipment has been returned back to source city. Here is delivery boy contact number - [protected]. I request him to kindly arrange delivery by another delivery boy or arrange pickup so that i can myself arrange pickup from hub by today evening. He was when asked for hub address he said he doesn't know any address. This bad attitude will reduce and spoil your customer base. Overnight is known for proper delivery dont arrange it.
Worst service ever very much disappointed. Please solve this problem as early as possible. I even tried calling customer service desk based in mumbai but phone is not reachable.
