The service is very poor. Moreover your representatives at mumbai office are very much irresponsible. They don't feel the need of receiving the phone.
My courier with docket number - [protected] is still in nagpur godown and after calling your office it is being said that due to payment issues we can't dispatch.

If my courier will not reach the destination within 24 hours i will file a case in consumer court.

My courier awb no-[protected] was dispatched from barauni to bangalore. It is stuck in madiwala, bangalore since 6 days and i am calling them continuously and not responding properly. My courier is hospital related documents which i need it urgently and they are not understanding it. I have called them 50+ times but they are not receiving my phone, even i mailed them still no response. Can you please help me.

The parcel (Air mode) was booked from mumbai on 26/01/19 to be delivered in bangalore on 28/01/19 (As promised by the company was not delivered) with overnite express

Customer care never responded to the calls and then finally got the number which responded, when asked about the parcel delivery status on 29/01/19 the person responded that the parcel will be delivered only on 30/01/19. They even discarded the urgency and mentioned that they do not care about it.

They ruthless told us that its your urgency not ours, if you want parcel then come to our office and pick it up.

If we have already paid the higher amount for the faster delivery (Which company claims themselves to be leaders in) why is the company not taking responsibility.

The representative talk in a rude manner almost with an attitude of go to hell. The address of the office is mentioned below -

Now we have to go to the office of overnite express to collect the parcel (Additional transportation charges to be borne by us)

This is not the first time, they do this almost every-time whenever we have used this service.

I would strongly recommend not to use the service of overnite express.

Courier no awb-[protected] taken up on 19/dec/2019 from mohali to paonta. It is still not delivered to the destination (Ponta). Online tracking details is not showing any change since 21 jan 2019. Snap shot

Please share us the current status. It is showing the dispatched to paonta. I have tried the coustmer care no, but nobody is picking up the phone. Parcel needs to delivered high priority.

We are not any response from your side. It is an urgent parcel. Delayed delivery of courier has impacted our business relationship with our esteem customers.

No response from your side will trigger us to move us to consumer court. We do not want to move to consumer court. But lack of action from chandigarh & delhi team has not left any option with us.

Really very impressive service of delivery its quite urgent packet and she is saying its not possible it may be deliver tomorrow she is holding the packet from 15th jan and asking to deliver on 17th jan... Yesterday I have saw add in olx a phone vivo y83pro phone he told me that he was in army he told me that pay half amount and half amount later the delivery at evening I told him I will pay the total amount once I get delivory and then he told me that pay 550 to the paytm for to realise the parcel I have sent that and by today morning one corrier boy call me saying send me the remaining amount of the deal to gethe delivery I have paid 5950 after that the corrier boy call me saying need to pay 3150 even I pay that also after some time he ask me topay another 3150 by 3000and 150 in different trangation I did that also after someach he ask me to do 5100 I told I donto have money he said i[censored] don't do it now u woby gat the parcel and and the money will not refund now it will be refine by after 3 months pls help me some how from this mater I am beginning higher officiall's to help me this is my number [protected] pl's help me and that army man number is [protected]and corrier boy number is[protected] and ibid paytm to this number is [protected] pls take serious action against them

Icai, new delhi dispatched document on 14.12.2018 vide overnite xpress courier with ref no. Awb-[protected]. The same is not getting delivered till date. I have enquired to icai to provide the detail of dispatched ref. No. & also got confirmation for not document return back. On enquiry to overnite xpress, it is displayed that the product got delivered on 21.12.2018 & received by fake developed recipent mr. Kuldeep. On further enquiry to overnite xpress, it was informed that the parcel will be delivered within two days. Please wait.

The goods is not deliver on time, the staff said they don't have vehical to drop the parcel, so most of the time we have to enquire by ourself and pick up the goods from their office, sometimes they sent the parcel through taxi and we have to pay the taxi fare moreover the contact no which they use is not pick up, so please immediate action for the better service

In gurgaon we had a music show so we booked a product (Musical instrument) from surat to gurgaon on date 08/01/2019 by air for this show
As he charged from us 6000/- for by air delivery with in 48 hours and he promised us he will deliver it on 10/01/2019 but he sent it through normal delivery and just we got the delivery (12/01/2018 15.27) our show was on 11th jan which he # up
I went back to him and ask him refund and charged the normal which you sent he is saying jo karna hai kar lo jisko boolna hai bool do mai nahi karunga
This is the service which you guys are providing, we are not expecting from overnight
I hope you will understand it that these kinds of fraud dealer spoil your names in market
So my concern is take your charges the for normal delivery which you did, and rest amount refund us,

On 27/11/2018 courier was booked by karvy stock broking limited from haldwani to hyderabad vide tracking number [protected] dated 27/11/2018. The courier reached hyderabad banjara hub on 03/12/2018 but the final delivery was made by overnite courier on 31/12/2018. There is a huge delay in delivering the courier. That courier bears my documents which i gave to karvy stock broking limited which they further send to their hyderabad office for further process. I am suffering badly by this late delivery by overnite express limited

It has been 8 days since i sent my documents as a priority courier. Paid around rs. 250 for it. Its already 9 days now still it is undelivered. Tried calling the customer support several times. No one even cares. Rubbish service.

My mobile hasn't been delivered even after payment of the product. Tye courier boy was telling to pay even extra money of 3120 of courier amount but in beginning i had already paid 10000 from that 3000 for courier and the remaining for the seller of that product. I lost my money and i didn't get my product till now it should be delivered by 5th jan 2019 but yet i didn't received. Overnite express which is located near shamshabad seller was an indian army citizen i'm having all proofs of the

Worst ever service provided by the overnite express. I have ordered the books on 26.10.2018 reached hyderabad hub on 05.11.2018. Still that book has not reached the address upto now. 2 and half months wasted.
Some books eligibility for may 2019 also expired.

They are giving the silly reason that phone number has not been mentioned. Although it is given properly.

Number of complaints done no proper response from the overnite express. If we will call on monday they will tell delivery will be done on friday and if we will call on friday they will tell to deliver on next monday.
Requesting icai to take action against the waste courier service-"overnite express"
So that their student won't suffer that much after paying 22000/- rs.

No [protected].But till time 1 pm of 2 January 2019 not delivered the my documents .
Perhaps this is indicated of your liliancy of work of a general customers. So you think about your performance in future.

So we want a complaint log against your company in consumer court.

I have order a iphone 8 64GB from olx and the price was 15000 from an arym officer he told to pay 720 has a courier charges sp i pay but the time of delivery the courier company call me and said i have to paid 15000 of phone amount then they will deliver so i paid then they call me and said i have to pay 7550 for late answering there phone so i pay but they said it is wrong you pay all 7550 u have to pay again 7500 and 50 in two transaction then they will deliverd but after that they don't deliverd and charge me for meny amount like[protected] and finally they call me for 10000 i have deposit all the which is 74000 approx now they are saying we can't deliver the phone today we will deliver this tomorrow.. sir please do neddful and refund my full amount back or i will go for police complain and consumer form als.

I would like to state that my original car rc was send from from overnight express courier, guwahati, assam on 17 december 2018. The awb no. Was [protected]. By tracking online it has shown that the documents was received at mahipalpur hub on 19 december and out for delivery the same day. It has been two days now and the document is still awaited. I fear the said document will land in wrong hands.
