Hi,

I want to share my very bad experience with one of the Overnite Express delivery boy.

Yesterday I received a call from one of your delivery boy from [protected] no and asking me for my address to deliver my consignment (consignment no – [protected]). I explained him and he refused to deliver my consignment as my house is 150 meter inside from main road. He called me and ask to come at main road to receive my consignment. I requested him that to deliver the same at my house as I am not in house and my old father is at house and it is not possible for him to come and receive the consignment. Then he refused my request and talk with me very loudly with a very bad manner and saying that since exact address is not mentioned he will not ready to deliver my consignment and threatened me that your consignment will not delivered at my address and I have to collect the same from your office. After that I asked his name and he refused me to tell it and try to mislead me that he is from DTDC courier.

I am sure that overnite courier has a very good reputation in market but due to misbehavior of couple of people it is impacting on the brand image of the company. My request is that please discuss with your employee and ask him to change his attitude which is not good for company brand image and deliver my consignment at my house.

Bank documents are dispatched through this courier on 14th aug from mumbai and received hyderabad on16th. Till now those documents are not received to my address. Team is not responding properly and i got a contact number through customer care and when i tried to contact the guy he always cut my phone and no call backs. Worst service and worst team,.

Parcel no.[protected]. Not delivered to me till now 2.36 pm. No information given to me by overnight courier dealer. Pz look into matter. My hdfc parcel should be delivered. Shashi bala [protected], [protected]. Overnight courier dealer at moga received parcel on saturday 19/08/2017. But due to negligence it not deliver to me till 3.10 pm on monday. The parcel should be delivered to me urgently. Thanks

I booked rakhi from lucknow to kolkata on 30/7/2017. The cons. No. Is [protected]. It reached kolkata on 6th and delivered on 10th. Without giving directly to the recipient it was dropped in the letter box. They have not responded to my repeated complaints. I have asked them to refund my amount. Their utter disregard for the client's urgency is mos regrettable.

My courier reached your kolkata office on sunday. After several telephonic conversation and subsequent follow up, i have not received my courier. How is it possible that a courier containing very important document cannot reach it's destination even after five days. I think there is total lack professionalism and competency in executing the job. I was told that there is no service of your company in the specified address which is difficult to understand since it's your duty to ensure timely delivery at any given address.

I am frustrated with the kind explanations and false assurances that was given to me by your customer service department.

The courier was dispatched from patna office on 29 july 2017 and it was recieved at kochi office on 1 august 2017. It was supposed to be delivered to the customer may be same day or next day but it was not delivered till 7th august 2017. Also on cgecking online its shows that the mail is already delivered but it is not recieved by the person. Courier no. [protected]

My abw no [protected] it is priority but still not deliver and in this package my dl and i am sending for renew but now it is expare and i am driver so i am not now able to drive due to not have driving license my job has been destroyed bcz of not deliver the address i am very disappointed and never trust on overnite services it not do well with me
Never ever trust on priority or overnite both are # # and # courier service not service in fact corrupted they take money and not work well =

Booked package to gurgaon sector 71 on july 21, 2017 vide consigment number [protected]. On july 22, 2017 i got a call stating that delivery to destination is not done by company. To a query as to why booking it and taking money, it was rudely informed to talk to booking office. I asked the person to return package.
Therafter, i had been continuously following up at booking office but is always informed that it will be delivered, which is not done till date

Sir i m sorry to say that your courier is worst in service i couriered a parcel from mirzapur darbhanga to bhiwadi on 15 july and was insured to recieve it very soon but still today i m unable to recieve it the darbhanga office is not responding when i enquired about it in bhiwadi office i got to know that it is still in darbhanga my consignment no is [protected] sr plz help its an urgency plz sr

Sir my name is hamid khan... Im living in goalpara, assam. I have parcel from bengaluru.. My parcel has sent by overnite express from bengaluru on 20.07.2017. Tracking no. [protected]. And my contact no - [protected]... It reached in guwahati overnite express on saturday (22.07.2017). But still not delivered to my address.. I have lots call to overnite express guwahati they told me that we will sent to your place on monday.. And i called monday they told me we will sent tues day.. Tues day i called they told me we will sent tomorrow... And now they are not answering my call.. I want to complaint to overnite express guwahati... Plz help me i need my parcel emergancy... This is regarding consignment number # [protected] send through overnite courier on 11th july. Consignment reached to darbhanga on 13th and from then it is not deliver to address yet. Peoples working in overnite darbhanga have very lethargic approach and they didnt care about anything. Just making fake comments. Shame on overnite express. I had done multiple follow up, but they are every time making fake comments.

My name is satish kumar gupta and i have received a courier from jaigaon, west bengal on 30 june 2017 at 5:30 pm.

the courier started from the origin place on 23 june 2017 and was supposed to reach to me maximum in 3-4days, that is, 27 june 2017. but it was delayed.

the courier had very important custom papers which were to be submitted for sales tax purpose latest by 30 june. but as the shipment itself arrived late, i was not able to do so.

so i want to complaint about the time duration that the courier services take to deliver the parcels. as the documents were very important. i would like to inform you that If I faced any problem with sales tax because of this delay, i will file a complaint in the consumor court for the same.

My pan card dispatched from govt office on 26 apr 2017.
But still not delivered to me (Awb no#[protected]).
Customer care people only sharing phone numbers for branches, and no body is picking phone there.
I am trying to call nearest branch but not getting any help from them.
People in my area telling that overnite express company courier boy giving pan card couriers to aadhar card centers and these centres charging 50 to `100 rs to provide the courier to the concern person.

I Booked my IRCTC Ticket on 01st June 2017 for Monthly Season Ticket starting from 07th June 2017.

As per Tracking No [protected] from Overnite Courier site it shows it was lying in their Vashi Hub since 03rd June 2017, after several mail and phone calls status of courier has change to out for delivery on 8th June 2017 but till date I have not received same.

As per IRCTC monthly season ticket shall reach within 3 days time after 7 days and several follow up also it still not received.

Request your support as courier company is not supporting in this.

Overnite express has not delivered my shipment from one month. My shipment reached their Panipat office on 6th May 2017 and there was no further update. When I called Panipat office of Overnite express, one lady picked the phone and misbehaved. She said that they returned the shipment because they did not want to deliver it, do whatever you want to do.

We have ordered garden flower pot set on amazon on 12th oct, 2016. But we haven't received the product yet. And we have contacted amazon and seller too. Seller is telling that it was already dispatched to overnite express.

As a response overnite express told to seller that it has already delivered the product to rajesh. We even checked at our security check, they told they haven't received any product on our name.

We don't know anyone with name rajesh. How can overnite express will deliver a product to someone without even checking the details of the person to whom they are delivering?

Even at amazon site, it has shown that product status as "not delivered". If they have really delivered the product (At least to some unknown person, rajesh), why they haven't updated the order on amazon??

Please help us on this.

I have couriered a parcel to bhiwandi from its branch of indore (Near l. I. G. Square) but it was delivered to thane and when i complainted no action has been taken till yet. Referrence no of courier is [protected]. The behaviour of its staff is also so rude and unaccptable. I have couriered it on november 2016 and till now no information is available about it. Full name of company is overnite express limited. Kindly resolve my problem as soon as it possible.

. Overnite express add - near neha gas agency aryanagar kashipur, demand 20 rupees for pan card delivery. Courier service phone to take pan card and demand 20 rupee. When asked why are demand money they say 20 rupee is our fee. Overnite expresses hareshses every person who come to take his delivery of pan card. Their behaviour is also bad

महोदय,
मेरे मोबाइल नं[protected]पर दिनांक 26/04/2017 को ये मैसेज आया कि आपका debit card pin आपके registered address पर दिनांक 15/04/2017 को Overnite courier द्वारा भेज दिया गया है (tracking no. [protected]) परन्तु आज तक वह मुझे प्राप्त नही हुआ। Track करने पर delivered show कर रहा है। दिनांक 05/05/2017 को आपके कस्टमर केअर पर फोन करने पर बताया गया कि इसकी डिलीवरी हो चुकी है। यह पूछने पर की किसको हुई, बताया गया कि फिर फोन कीजियेगा बाद में बताएंगे। उसके बाद से आज तक कस्टमर केअर का नंबर receive ही नही हो रहा है।
महोदय यह बहुत ही गैरजिम्मेदाराना रवैया है और विशेष रूप से गोपनीय कागज को इस प्रकार से दूसरे address पर delivery कर देना फिर customer का फोन न receive करना बहुत निराशाजनक है। कृपया उचित कार्यवाही कर मुझे सूचित करें।

We have got the information from our company that the docket dispatched on 6th Apr with ref docket no [protected] but still it is not been received to destination.
We are taking follow up since 12th Apr and from same day we had seen that the docket is received in Surat Hub(As per online status).
Even we called on delhi head office contact no but they are not receiving the call.and also mailed to [protected]@overnite-mail.com later they asked for the address and we had provided the same and after that no update nothing we are getting.
We were required the docket till 17th Apr as it was very very important for our company.
