Me looking for a good condition bike in olx where i found a royal enfield thunderbird bike i messaged him then i get a call that i too pay before for transfer the bike too my address as he said he belongs to durgapur and he is a constables at indian army name nadeem akhter he ask me to pay rs 2150 first to transfer the too my address while when i ask him about his gov i'd prove he began to abuse in very bad this kind of person in indian army # i can't believe at all

Actually i was cheated yesterday by an army person (Urbaz khan) for rs 88000 also he not only cheated me but he cheated many peoples which i saw when i tried to lodge complaint against him online.

He came in contact through olx site where he published for selling his activa 5g bike purchase in january 2019, from there he contact me with this and asked me to first transfer rs 3000 to his paytm no. Then i got a call from courier boy that your parcel arrived in domastic airport and i have to pay rs 50% advance money to dispatched & rest amount for delivery.. He said also trasfered to patym number than again he called that u have chargeed inc (Government charges) transfer urgently... Need to pay otherwise parcel will be returned & it will tale more than 30-40 days for again delivery and again yesterday evening i got a call to pay more and bike will be delivered to me with in one hour today when i didn’t receive i searched online and found they are cheating peoples same way as i was cheated and many of the victims lodge complaint on complaint lodging site

Please take proper action and punish them and please try to recover my amount.. I am hepless...

We booked on bullet through olx and persona name is hitesh teotia on olx.com. As per his document he is in army and his mobile number is : [protected], he asked us only the courier charges we have to pay in advance and rest of money we can transfer in his account after the delivery.

We transfer the rs-3150 through google pay in the given mobile number which having name vikas pate -[protected],

On 21 sep, courier person mr. Naveen singh called us and asked to deposite the rs-10, 559 as security rupees then after they will deliver the vehicle.

Accordingly we have paid through through the google pay on the same number to vikas patel the manager of overnite express - [protected].

After that he asked that we not paid the amount in proper way so need to send the exact amount in one time rs-10, 559, again on his word we have deposit the amount.

Later on he asked that we have to pay 12200 as late charges.

We have argued with them and we were ready to pay all the amount at the time of delivery but he did not agreed and insisted to pay in advance.

Immediately we made a call to mr. Hitesh teotia, owner of bike and he also said the one army person has came with courier and insist to pay the late charges also.

In mid night we again paid the amount of rs-12, 200. But later on he against insist to pay the amount again as we had not paid in proper pay.

We feels that we have cheated and continuously in get in touch with mr. Hitesh teotia and naveen singh for the delivery but they are not agree to give the location where they have hold the bike somewhere in tughlakahbad-delhi.

Please check and help to get the bullet, we are ready to give the charges whatever are applicable.

Now we have logged the fir in police station.

Olx must should investigate as the number is still active.

Hello sir actually i had seen an add in olx for sale of alto k10 pb08dc6228 car for 125000 i called him and askd the details he had sent me rc and all ids of him like adar card and army employee card. So i had seen all that i thought he is not fake. I told ok im ready to buy thn he told u need to pay 10000 for car delivery as if car is in agra i had transfered to kapurthala he told then i told i will transfer and i had transfered after that he told u will get deliver by night 9pm after 2pm delivery boy called me he told to send me 30000 as per company rule u should pay i want get order then i called to that guy his telling i am army man it not any problem pay that amount i help to all this document prob also i get some late but paid after 1 hours he call you get delay so want to pay security deposit also then only i delivered your parcel already pay some amount so again i pay 36000 after 15 min he call to me asking balance amount also you want pay i confused too but already send max amount so already i spoke with gurpal singh car seller i given 76000 only now bal take some days so send balance 79000 totally after he told already get late my officer went to home tomorrow morning i delivered then i thought its fake then i searched in google thn i came to know regarding this many people are doing like this fake.
Im kindly requesting to army department sir plss catch those guys who are blaming in the name of army kindly catch this guy and return my money. This movement yesterday program today morning also i call him he told me ba76000 payment do suddenly bill amount is totally 125000 my army rules this type i spoke gurpal singh he telling i get return car i will pay return

This is to inform you that i residing at gobardanga, north 24 pargana, west bengal-743252. Faced one online fraud on 07th, 08th & 09 th sep'19. Some one identity shown me as indian army person posted in indore (M. P) having all his ids, uid, car pic and army batch made fraud with me at olx. Name me. Vikash patel.

For purchasing a 2nd hand car i transfered him token money of rs. 5150/- at paytm payment bank account no.[protected] ifsc code pytm0123456.

Holder name rinku kumar.

From this token money he shown me that he have sent the car through overnite express indian army courier service for home delivery. Shown complete images of parcel and over nite express service with fake courier sending receipt on the name of indian army.

On receipt he mentined the balance of money to be paid after receiving the phone.

On the very next day i received the call from courier boy and his number also shown in true caller as overnite express courier boy, he forced me to clear out all the payments then only over nite will authorize him to receive the parcel as per the rule of indian army.

On successfuly blackmailing and complete hypnotising done by vikash patel army person and courier boy ratan singh, i tranfered fund in twelve slot 5 150+17, 999+23, 200+11, 800+9, 500+22, 400+15, 300+21, 500+13, 500+27, 800+24, 000+7849 = total rs 1, 99, 998/- for receiving the parcel and to protect my token money getting wasted if dont transfer again.

But now that person is denying from the fact that he have received the money and coueier boy also not picking up the call. He looted my money and he is making fool to we all indians by the using the name of indian army.

I have checked google and many of such sufferers are there but no one lodge complaint agaisnt them.

I request you to please lodge my complaint and put them behind the bar. I tried to lodge the complaint at gobardanga police station but they have not written my complaint.

I have been asked for security deposit and not delivery my scooter which i have ordered.

I saw an ad on olx selling poco f1 at a price of 5800... I talked to the owner and finalise the phone at 5500. He told me that he is an indian army officer he will send me phone throught a parcel and i will be provided 30 minutes to check the phone and then i have to made the payment
At the same day evening i have recieved a call from a so called postman that i have a parcel to recieve and he asked me to pay 2000rs initially as he says it's mandatory to pay this amount to take the parcel from the army officer
Then i called to the owner and he told me that you have to pay the amount as it is necessary to make the parcel out for delivery i paid the amount
Then again the postman called me asking for 3000 more saying the the colonel (Saying him bade sahab) of indian army online parcel is asking for 3000 more
Then the owner asked me to do the payment and told me after i will be delivered the phone and i have to pay nothing so finally since i was a big fool and in a hurry of buying a new phone i made the payment
After that he told me that i have done the late payment so i have to pay the 3000 again and if i do not liked the phone my 8000 rupees will be refunded within a minute then i refused to pay any further amount and now he is neither refunding my money not delivering the mobile
Please help this 5000 i lost means a lot to me

I ordered a phone from olx from a bsf guy who asked me to pay 520 rs for courier charge. He then shared some photos with me. The next day a call from courier service (Overnite express) was received by me where he asked me to pay rs 6000 to verify the courier. This courier company does fraud and they used abusive language when i refused to pay 6000 moreover the olx guy was also fake he also refused to return 520 rs and used abusive language.

We have taken franchisee of m/s. Overnite express ltd. About three years back by depositing rs.20000/- as security deposit and rs.5000/- as registration charge
For our shop no.2 at bartand bus stand at dhanbad. Unfortunately our shop was demolished togather with other shops for road widening purpose by distrct authority during visit of our p m sri narendra modi on 25/05/2018 with assurance that ulternative shop will be provided to us, which has not yet been provided. We had to suffer tremendous loss which included loss of furniturs and fittings like two shutters etc.
As such we had to surrender our franchisee of m/s. Overnite express ltd. And we claimed for refund of our security deposit after complying with all formalities as advised by regional manager sri neeraj sahoo of ranchi of jharkhand region.
As they are denying the refund of security deposit we now approach distrct consumer forum for refund of our security deposit.

I am sharyansh jain. My Current A/C in HDFC bank last 10 years. In These days I go to my Branch to request T/T out of country. I Ask my RM T/T Charges and Bank Margin On RBI rate. They Tell 750 Rs T/T charges and .02 Paise Margin on RBI current rate. I do ok. But After transaction thay don't show me Charges Details. Many time I go to branch but thay decline to take me debit invoice and charge details. Thay Wrong Commitment with me. They ask .02 piase. But Actually thay charge me Near About .50 paise. This is too wrong.

A courier containing books was sent from Kekri (in Rajasthan) to Belgaum (in Karnataka) via the service of Overnite Express on 12th June 2019. On web tracking, it is showing to be dispatched to Belgaum for more than 10 days. I contacted customer care by email and call but didn't receive any good response. I didn't receive any mail. On calling the customer service in Bangalore, it was asked to me to call on the number of the concerned person in Belgaum office provided by the customer service. That concerned person's contact number is debarred from incoming calls which I got to know after trying to contact. Even after that, I tried to contact the same number of customer service in Bangalore. I was asked to share the AWB number via SMS which I did. Still didn't receive any response. I called again and messaged to at least get the address of their office here in Belgaum but still no reply.

A courier which has been sent on 22nd may from Bhubhneshwar was expected to arrive withing 4 days to pune has not been recieved till now, uts already 12 days.
No ph.no is connecting or no body is recieving call on the pune helpline no.

Email id is also not working.I m definayely going to complain in consumer forum, as courier was important to me.

From olx i got a add regarding a royal enfield 1980 model with cost of rupees 21000. The owner told me that he is working in indian army and send me various fake details like canteen card photo with army soldiers. He told me that after receiving bike i will pay him, but for shipping charges he ask me 3280rs first. So i send him that amount. Before getting bike that courier company called me and ask me to deposit 9198rs for gst and tax, from which rs 9000 rs is refundable. So i send him that amount. But after depositing the amount he told me that the amount should be deposited in two parts 7700once and after 10sec 1198 in another phase. But i have not deposited because i think it's totally fraud. But at that time i have already lost 12500.

Please help one person add on olx.com they sell one activa in olx.com. They will receive all payment threw payment. But dose not send any activa. They are fraud working in olx.com. I i'll aslo complaint in cyber office. Plz m money was refundable. Those person contact number is [protected]. Plz inform to me my contact no [protected]. Plz find those persons.
