Overnite Express — did not receive my courier

Sir i mohammad anas from kanpur i want to say that today 31 may 2018 is date of my courier which was coming from army cantt jaisalmer from jaikisan army.. Date 30 may 2018.
I did not receiv the product today now the time is 18:51.

And the courier man which is calling me that he is in my city and didnt reach to me and he say to me first i have to transfer 4000 rupees as security through paytm and he did not come to me.
