[Resolved]  Overnite Express — IRCTC railway pass not received

Hi, I had booked a quarterly railway pass from IRCTC AWBno:[protected]-DRS. IRCTC has a collaboration with overnite express courier service to deliver the passes on the door step but due the recent hike in railways fare, now the delivery guys from overnite express are stealing the passes of the commuters either delivering them to the concern person and if we complain to the courier company either their phones are not reachable or they will not reply to the mails. It is not 10 days I am chasing with the courier company but now noone is replying it simply means someone has stolen it and now nonne is there to catch hold of. They are also showing fake proofs were there is no details of date, time and name of a person who has delivered please find it in the attached. Dear IRCTC, Request you beware with the relation and trust with overnite express as they are not doing their Job diligently. Regards Yusuf
