Overnite Express — Regarding delivery of [protected] in bangalore

Hi,
I was expecting this hdfcbank courier delivery from aug5th, it has been 13 days since i have been waiting, when i checked http://www.overnitenet.com/ webtracking it says address un locatable - no telephone given, i have given same contact address from window shopping & other stuffs[amazon, flipkart, banking] i have never faced any delivery issue with them.

I have contacted bangalore overnite customer & even madiwala overnite courier office both the numbers have not been answered & i have informed about this issue through mail, no response.

I personally request hdfcbank to send the couriers through someother good courier partner.

Updated by Mohamed Muthasar K I have visited Overnite courier Madiwala branch on 20Aug16[Saturday], they doesn't have my courier from HDFC, how irresponsible they are & they returned it back to HDFC-Chennai.

They have kept it for more than 16days without delievering it, I haven't got even a single call from the courier delivery person, they have updated the status as "ADDRESS UNLOCATED", if they would have called means i would have guided them & their provided number is also Not Reachable/Not Functional.

Atleast they would have informed me to come & collect the courier from their office, i would have went & collected, not even single time they have called, i have even reconfirmed my address with Number through E-Mail, But still no use of doing it.
