Please don't use this overnight express parcel service in chennai. Very very worst service. Despatch my parcel 15 - 20 days he had taken the time of delivery. Lot of phone calls and remind me. They are responding me. All are working in her lazy and irrespective and irresponsible answers to me. Please take immediate action to that group of overnight express parcel service. Iam in ponneri, tamil nadu. They received my parcel from kolkata. But in chennai office told me the service is not available in your area.
