[Resolved] Overnite Express — Worst service | |||
My wife PAN card was dispatched by the Income Tax PAN Services Unit department on 20-Nov-2014 through overnite express (A.W no [protected]) to my address this is prime area of Chennai but it still[protected] has not reached me. I tried to reach them but too many call diversion finally I reached delivery man (Mr Kalyana Raman). But he speaks very crudely. Same time I have applied my Pan card also but this dispatched two days back[protected] towards Blue Dart courier and I received that on 25-11-14. This is the worst courier service I had to deal with. Did not received the parcel on time..they took made than 6 days to deliver the product to my home...the product was received at Hyderabad on Monday 1th june. They have not delivered to me until next Monday.. They used an abusive language on phone when I have called them..
