[Resolved] Oxigen Recharge — fraud transaction on my iob debit card

My mother received a phone call on her mobile no: from some unknown person pretending himself to be tata aia employee. He asked my mother to share the details of atm and bank details to send bonus amount. Through this information this person made 2 different transactions totalling to an amount of inr 8, 000/-. Thanks, Oxigen Care May 02, 2018 Updated by ANUSUYA Tamilnadu Bank got reply mail from oxigen wallet on 23.4.2018 regarding above complaint..in that mail oxigen wallet mentioned that amount already refunded to originator...eventhough after 10 days still i didn't get back my amount..
