Oxigen Recharge — not able to use wallet money | |||
I have been using oxigen wallet from my mobile no [protected]. Now as it was a corporate no, it has to be handed over to company during my resignation. It has around 1470 balalnce in it. I asked customer care to change mobile no, they told me just remember your password, you will be able to use your money. Now i tried to use, app is asking for otp. I asked cc again, they changed their statement, you have to activate your no. I told them it is impossible to get the company corporate no again as i have left that company. I asked them to reverse the money into the bank account. They said that we cannot help you out. I have changed mobile nos in my paytm, nobikwik and phonepe wallet.
