[Resolved] Oxigen Recharge — Transaction failed no refund | |||||
Transaction id :[protected] After a long argument on call with oxigenwallet associate from leadership team, i'm sending this mail on her demand to oxigenwallet.in which she asked to attach the email which was sent by me to bank to get refund of failed transaction along with my whole concern. So here i'm sharing the issue. i made one transaction of 4000/- rs from my credit card to oxigenwallet (mob number: [protected], email: [protected]@gmail.com). i made this transaction through oxigen wallet android app. that transaction got stuck and screen got hanged in phone for a while.in the mean while i got the message from bank regarding the confirmation of transaction successful. but that oxigenwallet android app in my phone screen was stuck and it remained like that for quite a time. it was behaving like hanged. i waited till 10 min after that i closed the app and checked wallet of my oxigenwallet account but there also it wasn't updated. so usually in this case if transaction is got stuck in mid due to server problem and customer doesn't get any confirmation from merchant money is reversed back to customer's bank account for all online merchants. so i thought is the same way and wrote a mail to sbi card customer care on 3rd july 3:47 pm regrding refund, till the time i didn't get any confirmation message from oxigen walllet. it was urgent to get the money for me so i again made one more transaction of 3000/- rs, this time through web not android app. and transaction went smoothly and money got credit to wallet instantly. after that i wrote couple of times for refund of 4000/- rs through portal but there was no response. today i directly called to customer care phone number and explained this issue but instead of accepting your app flaws she blamed on me that you would have taken the screen shot and blah blah.
