I want to load Rs 500 to my oxigen wallet no.[protected] using sbi debit card.Bankers site showed transaction successful Txn#[protected]. So Rs 505 deducted from my account .But oxigen site showed transaction failed. I find nothing even in the history of my wallet about transaction.so plz refund my money back.Is oxigen a fraud site?

This is to report an unsuccessful transaction to load money in my Oxigen Wallet on 12-Feb-2015, 03:00 PM. I attempted to recharge by wallet balance by Rs. 135 (Total charge Rs 137.03) through ICICI Bank Netbanking however despite the said amount being deducted from my ICICI bank account, my wallet balance wasn't recharged. The failed transaction is also not visible in the History page however the Bank transaction reference number for the same is [protected] (Snapshot attached).

Today I was tried to load 2000 rs two times it is failed and amount got Deducted my account so totally 4080 rs close. so please take necessary Action to refund or else send the transaction id for these two Transactions I will forward to your merchant agent payu.in to get void receipt. Please don't fall for this fraud website oxigenwallet.com (Oxigen Wallet ), it is a number one SCAM website. I was hearing about this fraud website first when I saw their offer in ebay.in. I was trying to purchase something from ebay.in which was coming around 7300 Rs. That's when I saw this discount of 15% if I use oxigenwallet.com (Oxigen Wallet ). I registered there and I transferred 2000 Rs from my bank account (because the maximum "load money" amount was only 2000 Rs). From there on I was not able to toup my account, it was showing all kinds of errors. So I decided to retransfer the amount to my bank account, then again I got another error, saying that I can only transfer money after three days. So I waited for 3 days and tried again, I got the same error. Now it's been 1 week and still I was not able to transfer the money back to my bank account. I tried to contact their customer care, and till now I didn't even got a single response from them. I am going to file a criminal against them. oxigenwallet.com (Oxigen Wallet ) fraud company, cheated money, oxigenwallet.com-oxigen recharge services. SCAM

Hi Team, Please note i have been trying to contact the customer care but no response after they acknowledge to credit my transaction of Rs.498 which have done on[protected]. Sir/Madam, I am Nitin Patidar from mumbai. On 29 January 2015 I received call from a no [protected] . He introduced himself as employee in SBI bank and told me that bank has to release amount to my card and asked me to share the information from the message you would get after sometime . I got a message after sometime and then he called me again ask me to share the 6 digit number . I was in hurry and shared that number which was the one time password . On 20.01.2015 I went through your oxigen site and tried to load amt Rs. 2000 in my wallet My SBI bank account has been debited for the Rs. 2000 but wallet is not credit till date.
