Myself ARUNKUMAR AYYAYYAN my mob num [protected], I would like to open a new CSP point in sbi. And mr.ankit Aggarwal had approached me regarding this csp. We had paid the following amount to open csp

Registration fees(VLE) rs15200
Od account fees rs20000
AGREEMENT fees rs28225
Travelling fees rs20000
GST and NOC fees rs15037

But still now we had not...

On 16.09.2021 I have transacted an amount of Rs.94.00 through YONO SBI for mobile recharge of a number [protected].But erroneously I selected BSNL in stead of AIRTEL in the service provider option.The amont has been deducted from my account but no recharge was done for the above mobile.Pl.refundcthe amount back to my account no. Through SBI YONO app on 02/09/2021, I had done TOPUP recharge of Rs.1000/- to my BSNL mobile no. The reference of transaction is [protected]UHB9992927 and the amount was transferred to [protected] OXIGENSERVICES.
However, till date neither my mobile no. has recharged by said amount nor the amount is refunded.

I have applied through online at oxigen csp page. They contact me and informed about their service. They (krishna Malhotra and pramod kumar) also informed that company will provide me 2 laptop 2 scanner 2 web cam 1 banner with 25000 salary. They start the process and asked for creation of OD a/c with 250000 where company will provide 50 % of it while transaction. Everything was oky. They asked me to pay 65000 for agreement which will be refunded I paid then the amount is not refunded when I urged the asked 39000 more to get back the whole amount. Now I am helpless searching for someone who can help me in getting back the amount.. Plz help me.

Hi This bhavtosh mandal from U.P
I have paid 25200/= for taking oxigen csp id call recieved from an Avinash regarding oxigen named mr Manish and for trusting he gave me a SBI approval latter after paying 15200/= after that he demanded me next 10000 to pay, I have also paid next 25000 but he demanded me continue for paying more and more ammount
I have his different account detail in which I have transfered the ammount

I am CSP APPLICANTS. I send my deposit through phone pay to your account. Regarding CSP I follow your conditions. Finally I faced financial problems during COVID. My father is positive. So I mail to your mail to about my family condition. Than your Monish said about refunding after 90days. Now days completed refund period of 90days . No one can response my mail till today. What can I do? [protected], [protected], this contract number are swtich off. Please see attachment. Please help me about this.

I have stopped using Oxigen wallet registered with my Num ([protected]). I was having some cash remained in my wallet at that time which was not retrieved into my bank account by me. After sometime I tried to login into Oxigen wallet for the same, now they have blocked my account So I was unable to retrieve the remaining money.

I have contacted Customer Care of Oxigen wallet regarding the same. MR.SHUBHAM PATEL (EXECUTIVE CUSTOMER CARE OFFICIAL) contacted me and asked for various legal documents to initiate the process. It's been more than 4 months since I have provided the documents asked by him, . Yet no any response received from their side till now. I think Oxigen wallet is not willing to care for its customers. It has lost all the creditability.

Provide the resolution asap otherwise willing to take this issue to higher levels.

I have a jio no. [protected] and. I had done my jio accont recharge through sbi Internet banking using yono lite transaction id- UHB6648778. On 20 May 2021, of amount Rs 555 through oxigen services account no. - [protected]. but it is not being reflected in my account even now..
Its been 6 day since the recharge i made was successful. My money has been debited from my account but even till now recharge is not being shown in my recharge section of my jio.
I tried to contact the oxygen customer care but was not able to do so ... I m attaching the related documents below. Please register my complaint in my interest and get the recharge done at the earliest as my work is getting effected due to this
i attached the transaction id - UHB6648778 date 20/05/2021 of the recharge done below and my number as well... I contacted the bank and they said that the recharge was successful and payment got stuck in between due to some issue but the payment was done to the retailer a day after and it is received at the time of transaction but still no transaction is being reflected in my account. I had complained in the bank about it. And i am going to the consumer forum about this issue you are doing fraud with the customer

I have a jio no.[protected] and. I had done my jio accont recharge through sbi Internet banking using yono lite transaction id- UHC2137985. On 02 January 2022, of amount Rs 2545 through oxigen services account no. -[protected]. but it is not being reflected in my account even now..
Its been 36 day since the recharge i made was successful. My money has been debited from my account but even till now recharge is not being shown in my recharge section of my jio.
