I have paid 26000/= for taking oxigen csp id call recieved from an unknown person regarding oxigen named mr Aalok Kumar and for trusting he gave me a rbi approval latter after paying 16000/= after that he demanded me next 10000 to pay, I have also paid next 10000 but he demanded me continue for paying more and more ammount
I have his different account detail in which I have transfered the ammount

I do arecharge 125 of reliance jio mobile by emitra oxigen recharge service bit customer didn't recieve the recharge so please refund recharge amount in my emitra wallet thanku...

I want return money imidietly

With in a month I have made two enquiries about 2 products from Oxigen digital shop pattom, Trivandrum ([protected] this was the shop’s number)
One was about HP pavilion 360 laptop and other one was a Panasonic 1.5 ton 5 star ac.
Both time exicutive who attended the call said they will contact me soon. But they didn’t call or contact me so far. Very disappointing aatitude from these staff.

I have purchased these two items from other shop whose service was best.

Transferred via UPI Rs.15, 200/- to become Oxigen CSP. But a person from Oxigen Mr. Aakash Kumar, demanded Rs.30, 000/- again in the name of Security Deposit and also wanted Rs.1Lakh for OD A/c Creation. We couldn't proceed further and asked for the refund. Its more than a month now.

On 6 April 2021, I have done transaction through my personal net-banking of Rs. 200 for dishtv recharge. But could not succeed due to connectivity issued. Therefore kindly refund it back the said amount.

For reference I have uploaded the transaction statement.

Few days ago i submit my application at your Oxigen Pvt. Ltd. its General Manager says me pay 15800 in our firms current a/c of SBI. i pay Rs. 15800/- in mentioned bank by online Phonepe, after that he mailed me CSP id & Password. when this id, password not working then he told me their the some server issue, so this is not working. But after monday (05.04.2021) we came at your location & start your user id & as personally meet to branch manager we gave you Bank of Baroda CSP ID. After a day once again he call me & say our executives are came tommorow on your location with Counting machine & passbook printing machine also carry with them, so paid Rs. 11600/- in our a/c, then they came to your location. pls sir i am the jobless person. pls give me my Rs. 27400/-.

Dear sir,

I have applied for CSP SBI KIOSK services in the month of February but due to some financial issues I had to drop the business proposal. During the time I have paid for registration charges, security deposit and overdraft facility totaling amount to Rs 97, 425.
Your executive Mr Avinash and Akash are not responding to my phone call despite being sending an application for cancellation of registration and also they said that the refund process will be completed in 30 days, But i haven't received any email regarding confirmation of cancellation or process from your side.
Please look into this matter as it is an unprofessional behaviour from your executives for not providing complete information regarding the same and not receiving the call.

I am Ramhari Mondal, Vill-12 No Dakshin Thangara, PO-Takipur Abad, PS-Harwood Point Coastal, Pin-7443347, WB, applying to refund the amount that I paid for CSP franchise Rs. -273896.00

I am feeling very much disappointed with the rules, management and support of the OXIGEN Enterprise as proper information of total expenditure was not disclosed from the beginning, I was asked to pay additional amount of money after each step I paid.

I was fully mentally prepared for CSP franchise, but it gives me such a mental harassment, I couldn't move further and I decided to give up.

Anyway, as applied please refund the amount that I have sent as soon as possible as because I need to invest it in another business and I don't wane tolerate this loss anymore. Otherwise I will take legal action (Cyber Crime Department.).

Greeting for the Day,

My name is Neeraj Kumar & i am typing this email in dejection. Actually i applied for State Bank of India - Kiosk Banking online through OXIGEN Services India Pvt. Ltd. (SBI Customer Service Provider).
Some called me on Feb11, 2021 at 2:18 PM from [protected] and told me his name HIMANSHU & is calling from OXIGEN & you applied for CSP(Customer Service Provider) Point so he called up and took me confidence and sent mails for online registration.
That person sent me scanned PDF form for CSP registration and asked Rs.15800 on lieu of that.

I received mails screen shots attached & paid him Rs.5000/- for online registration Rs.10800 for portal registration after sending him to filled up the form for CSP on Feb 13, 2021. Then he again demanded Rs.35000 for current account opening with SBI, i deny him and said to meet me in my local branch, he refused to come without received above said money. Then i asked him to pay my money back & he gave me 7 days to refund but when after seven days when i called him, his phone getting switched off.

So i think that i would be the victim of online fraud.

Kindly help me to get my money back.
