Sir,

I am Ramhari Mondal, Vill-12 No Dakshin Thangara, PO-Takipur Abad, PS-Harwood Point Coastal, Pin-7443347, WB, applying to refund the amount that I paid for CSP franchise Rs. -273896.00

I am feeling very much disappointed with the rules, management and support of the OXIGEN Enterprise as proper information of total expenditure was not disclosed from the beginning, I was asked to pay additional amount of money after each step I paid.

I was fully mentally prepared for CSP franchise, but it gives me such a mental harassment, I couldn't move further and I decided to give up.

Anyway, as applied please refund the amount that I have sent as soon as possible as because I need to invest it in another business and I don't wane tolerate this loss anymore. Otherwise I will take legal action (Cyber Crime Department.).

Greeting for the Day,

My name is Neeraj Kumar & i am typing this email in dejection. Actually i applied for State Bank of India - Kiosk Banking online through OXIGEN Services India Pvt. Ltd. (SBI Customer Service Provider).
Some called me on Feb11, 2021 at 2:18 PM from [protected] and told me his name HIMANSHU & is calling from OXIGEN & you applied for CSP(Customer Service Provider) Point so he called up and took me confidence and sent mails for online registration.
That person sent me scanned PDF form for CSP registration and asked Rs.15800 on lieu of that.

I received mails screen shots attached & paid him Rs.5000/- for online registration Rs.10800 for portal registration after sending him to filled up the form for CSP on Feb 13, 2021. Then he again demanded Rs.35000 for current account opening with SBI, i deny him and said to meet me in my local branch, he refused to come without received above said money. Then i asked him to pay my money back & he gave me 7 days to refund but when after seven days when i called him, his phone getting switched off.

So i think that i would be the victim of online fraud.

Kindly help me to get my money back.

I am a customer of oxigen company's oximall product. Oximall is an recharge website. Some days ago they transfer their website to new domain o2.oximall.com.

बेरोजगार होने के कारण अज्ञानतावश हुई घटना महोदय, मैने भारतीय स्टेट बैंक की कीओस्क बैंकिंग की ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र खोलने के लिए www.myoxigen.com वेबसाइट पर ऑनलाइन अप्लाई किया था। जिसके बाद मेरे मोबाइल पर कॉल आया और मेरे सभी डॉक्यूमेंट कंपनी के एक कर्मचारी ने अपने व्हाट्सएप पर लिए और वेरीफाई किया उसके बाद मुझे कंपनी के एकाउंट में 25000 रुपए भेजने के लिए बोला गया और मैंने दिनाँक 21/04/2019 को कंपनी के एकाउंट में पैसे भेज दिए उसके बाद मुझसे कंपनी के कई कर्मचारियों ने संपर्क किया लेकिन वह CSP दिलाने में असमर्थ रहे तब उसके बाद मैंने कंपनी को पैसा वापस करने के लिए मेल किया लेकिन अभी तक कोई जवाब नही मिला है।आशा और विश्वास है कि इन लोगों के खिलाफ वैधानिक कार्यवाही करते हुए मेरा पैसा वापस करने में मदद करेंगे।

मैने सीएसपी के लिए आवेदन दिया था तो मैंने 15800 ₹ अप्रूवल के दिये थे. तो बाद में और रुपये मागने लगे तो मैंने अप्रूवल को कैंसिल करके अपना 15800 वापस मांगे तो मुझसे रुपये वापस करने के लिए 4424 रुपये लिए फिर 2244 रुपये ले लिया फिर मुझसे 1790 रुपये मांग रहे और रिफंड नहीं कर रहे हैं कृपया मदद करें.

I have applied for SBI CSP from Oxigen Services India Private Ltd. I receieved a call from Mr S. K. Mishra (Mo. [protected]) . they told me to make payments and I have done as they said. I have done Total payment Of Rupees 122000. now they don't Receieve my calls and not any response from their side

Sir, I was running services from Oxygen Services India Pvt. Ltd company from 2017 but as there was no income from these services so I stopped using their services.
On July 9, 2019, I got call from company that if you are using POS machine then there is scheme called "oxygen POS machine buy back" is currently going on. In this scheme you have to submit your POS machine to us and we will return you certain amount against it. So I immediately couriered this machine on the same day through DTDC courier. I have attached a receipt here. From that day i continuously taking their followup but each and every time they said that the process is going on, you have to wait for few more time. Today it is 10th October 2020, I have given my machine on 9th July 2019. Still I am not getting any kind of response from them.

Sir i retailer of oxigen micro atm and i well do two years after that i recuitment i need sbi csp point in my location under the oxigen pvt oxigen cear customer cear call me. And submit a sbi assistant manager contact number of my area and my west bengal state his name mainak roy choudhoury at kolkata west bengalassistant manezer of sbj csp related he is call me and give me company deatail & account no and i am transfer csp charge 40000 (. Fourtythousand) but after some days he is talk me som tecnicall problem. He is after a nd after cheiting and proud me
