I am neelam trikha. My ro code is [protected]. My consent is regarding non refund of security. I had deposited rs. 10000/- to oxigen service india for obtaining license for oxirail and other related services at the time of registration i was told that rs 6000/- is secured which will be return at the time of withdrawan of the services.in may-18 i had surrendered for oxirail license which was confirmed on 04.05.18 with a massage stating that my refund of rs. 4000/- will be refunded within 9-12 months but till now 14 months are passed and no refund has come to my ro code. During that time i have reminded them several times every time they reply my refund is under process we are trying to get asap but till now the amount is not refunded. You are requested to kindly release all my security which is deposited with them.

Till not solve the kyle update already one month left, so please update my .kyc. Otherwise 4000 rs refund in my account. Lot of time talk to customer care but not solve, lot of time mail also send not solve the problem.

Hi there,
I was working in a oxigen services india pvt. Ltd. As a rmu. I resigned from the company on the grounds of certain issues related to insufficient services provided to retailers. I had some dues pending with them since 2017 which i have not received until now despite my frequent mails and calls to their back end support team

I would also like to bring in your kind notice that whenever i tried to contact with the employees of the company they did not resolved my queries and diverted my calls from person to person from last 6 months and misbehaved with me. Now they ate not even receiving my calls nor replying to my emails.

I got a reply from oxigen services india pvt ltd company on jan 23 2018 where i was told that refund would be initiated within a period of 9 months, but more than a year has passed but still eagerly waiting for my payment.

All i am demanding is my security deposit and amounts of micro atm etc, i was told that they will pay me within 6-9 months and amount to be paid is at least 1.4 lakh. Now they are not attending my calls anymore.

Kindly help me in resolving my problem that will be your most kindness towards me.
Now i am appealing to your esteemed self to kindly consider my refunding issue on humanitarian basis.

Dear sir, my name is sathish, in the month january 2019 i have taken oxigen machant for oxigen company, 11, 800 amount have paid to them there send a mpos machine to me after that there won't give support or traning to use the machine i kept mails and trying phone calls to them there is no response from them there don't have call center to give support to users of oxigen so i don't no how to use the machine and there said return the machine to company and take refund to it so i have returned it to them on april 16 it delivered on april 19 i checked it by tracking but there is no response for oxigen company i kept mail to check it send my money but there is no response from them so please help me to take my money back and also you can understand there service is how bad by seeing customer reviews in play store besides oxigen agent app so do justice to me. When i sending mails to them i said if you don't give response i will complete to consumer court then a person jeetendra related to oxigen company said me do you needful.

Me state bank ka csp ho. Sahab hame 8 months se deposit problem aa rahi he. Lekin ham mail bhi dalte he company ko. Lekin aaj tak iska koi solucation nahi hua. Sahab ham kiya kare or kaha jai. Sar problem 1 to 2 day ki hoti le. Ab ye problem parmenent ki ho gai. Sahab hame to pareshan karke rakh diya oxigen ne. Or hamari koi sunne ko taiyyar nahi he.

I tried to recharge my airtel phone number yesterday using sbi anywhere personal app. The amount for which i tried to recharge my phone were deducted twice but no recharge amount was recieved on my phone. The messages containing transaction details are as given below (Phone number crossed out). Transaction messages-

Nither you are responding through email or telephone. I think you are not intrested for healthy businessmamship. I am requesting you once agin please transfer my amount to my sb account without showing any vegged reason. Otherwise i shall be bound to put up the matter with rbi level. This maybe treated most urgent. Aweating for the immediate reply.

Hardly i manage to work holding 1 lakh rupees in account how i supposed to to bussiness. Kindley look on this matter this is my 3 reminder for ta to bank account.

After that in the month of dec-2018 when we made a request to transfer money from oxigen wallet to bank account, request failed and it happened everytime when we made request, then we contacted their customer care many times and they initially said that this technical issue will be resolved in one week but that didn't happened and when we call them again and again they said this issue is continuing from aug-2018 and we cannot confirm you when will it be resolved.
Then we made various mails but they didn't responded and even on call they said "whatever you can do you do".
Our money is stuck there for 2 months and they are not crediting it in our account and neither confirming when will they do so.
Also they cheated us by not telling us about problem in their service.

Sir I'm a retailer of Oxigen India pvt ltd, the money transfer service and cash out service not working since 4-5 months. Only say Tecnical issue When asked to customer support center and my amount is stock in ro portal. So please transfer my amount to bank account.
Please help.

I recharge in my airtel number [protected] with rs 199 from sbi oximall website first time through online sbi my personal account. My balance is deducted from my account but recharge is not done. I didnt get any sms recharge on my number. I mailed at sbi. [protected]@myoxigen.com and send the receipt of oxigen
To them for necessary action as i recharge from third party website name called sbi oxigen. My balance is deducted from my account and recharge is not received until now. I request you to look into my matter. The transaction id to oxigen services is given below:-
