I had booked a room and had paid the security deposit+rent before moving in. But when I came here, I was assigned a very dirty room which is not a part of Oyo Life that has no proper kitchen and has a very dirty bathroom. Now, the property manager told me that I should checkout from OYO and pay the rent to the owner. First of all My money got wasted for such a small and dirty room. Moreover, if I checkout now, I will be charged by OYO 1800/- rs. And no one from OYO picks up calls. The customer service is pathetic, never attend the call and the area manager's mobile always shows switched off. Also, I am unable to do anything from OYO app as there is nothing except the notification to pay the next rent, else I will be charged or my security deposit will not be refunded.
