oked OYO room for 2 nights stay at Marathahalli, Bengaluru through Makemytrip.com(Booking ID: NH[protected]. They did not provide me a complete address of the hotel. They never provide the name and complete address of the hotel. After a long search, I managed to find the sign board of OYO rooms at Marathahalli and entered the hotel just to find that my booking was not for that particular hotel. I called the customer support again asking them for the correct hotel address. Finally, they gave me an address. When I went to that hotel, I was told that all the rooms are already full andthey cannot provide me any room for that day. I finally found a hotel nearby and checked in there . I called the customer support again and they just told me that my case was escalated and they would call me again in a an hour. I neither received my call or an apology mail from them. I am still waiting for a call from them as well as the refund.
Never book a hotel from OYO rooms. It's better you book it directly by calling a hotel. Was this information helpful? |
