I have booked 8n 9 days trip to bali from 11 th oct to 19 oct 2014 and my booking i'd is th - mkpu6667, and booking was done in august last weak for rs 1.44 lac, and i paid the booking amiunt
It was a conferimed booking, but last week your agent called and told me that they can't provide ini via villa for 16 th to 19th, so i gave them another hotel abia villa wich is similar to ini via villa and even cheaper than ini via villa.2 days a go your agent called me and told to book the abia on my own as they will compensate in billing, before making the booking i sent the screenshot of the hotels prices to your agents whatsapp, i conferimed her that the booking amount will be managed in the package and it will be in the itinerary as i am booking on her behalf. She was ok with everything.
But yesterday she has sent me a different itinerary whr thr is no mention of abia villa and price have increased around 25k. When called they are not giving me any reason and she passed the phone to her supervisor and she was really rude. They are not even admit thr mistake, the hotel wich is costing 32 k, they are charging 55k for that and another hotel wich is costing 10 k they are charing 17 k for that, just to cover their mistake.
Sir i have to leave on 10th and nothing is shorted, why should i pay 25 k extra when i am not faulty.
So kindly help me out with this neither my honey moon trip will be waist.
