I had done booking of andaman and nicobar from oyo total holidays. After completing the payment. Phone no of the agent was not working anymore. This company is a big fraud. I have been duped of rs 1 lacs. Payment was done to oravel stays pvt ltd. Prateek chouhan and jyotica sharma have duped me. Govt should look after these fraud companies and huge penalty should be given to them along with jail term....

I have booked a package for thailand from oyo total holidays. But i faced lot of issues during the trip and when i tried to call them they stopped taking my calls. The agent name is avtar singh, he ignored my calls and messages after getting paid and didn’t solve my query at all. Even after taking whole payment they didn’t issue the vouchers for long time and stopped answering my calls. They give worst services to their customers....

international pilgrimage trip
I'm imran from goa and had booked an international pilgrimage trip through oyo and also have done a payment of rs. 105786/- online as booking amount.
The representative who was involved in booking my trip has left his job wity oyo.
After this i tried contacting oyo through different ways, by calls, whatsapp, social media platform and everytime i get only assurances about solving my issue.

Hi, we three girls had planned a trip to chikmagalur with oyo total holidays package. We had done full payment and were told all the arrangements were done right from booking resort to the can driver. After we reaching chikmagalur we called up the resort manager to know of our booking confirmation. Manager said he has not received any payment from oyo staff. We took the singapore package, but after taking almost 90% payment they are demanding more money. It's neither business ethics nor professional. They are cheating & black mailing us by doing so. Even after getting 90% payments they are not sharing our vouchers.

This package we paid for was the himachal pradesh (Shimla-kullu-manali) trip for 6 o[censored]s. The service of oyo holidays starts at a rough worst point where we started doubting the service we will be provided further. Starting at the delhi airport where our flight landed around 3:30am. We confirmed multiple times even before we left for delhi that cab must be there by 6am.
After landing, within couple of hours or so around 4 am...

After reaching manali they informed us that we cant move further due to which we need to pay extra amount to go back to Delhi and catch flight for Leh and had to miss jespa spot of our Itinerary. I booked oyo north east package and i have paid full amount in advance. My package was booked through mr. Akhil sharma. Later my package was transferred to package operation team and it is assigned to the package relationship manager (Prm) mr. Ashish saini. I preferred oyo to local travel agent even though my friends went to the same trip with local travel operators with very good customer care experience. I trusted oyo brand than local operators....

On 4th of april'2019, i booked a package for leh ladakh with oyo-or rather its better to say they (Mr. Akram khan, sales agent on the part of oyo) forced me to book that with a token amount of rs.5000 that very day, and claimed "its refundable, i[censored] cancel it tomorrow"-and the next day when the itinerary was sent i was not satisfied with the places they were taking so i called them to cancel my booking and asked to refund my token amount...
