Oyo Total Holidays — complaining about bad service

Hi, we three girls had planned a trip to chikmagalur with oyo total holidays package. We had done full payment and were told all the arrangements were done right from booking resort to the can driver. After we reaching chikmagalur we called up the resort manager to know of our booking confirmation. Manager said he has not received any payment from oyo staff. We contacted the oyo team lead for the same, he said booking is done now and everything is smooth. The resort given to us was 4hrs away from chikmagalur. We travelled to that resort for 4 hrs and got to know that our booking is not confirmed as payment has not been done yet. Manager was at all not ready to give is check in. We contacted the team lead of oyo total holidays who was responsible for our package but there was no response from him at all. He didn't bother to even ask our whereabouts
We got call from other oyo staff, they said we are working on it and it took 2 hrs but there was no hope. At last our cab driver's owner came to our rescue he helped us get in check in for a night. Fortunately, the resort manager and staff were hospitable and they were too frustrated with oyo staff as they were not taking any action for us. We were jus three girls and oyo staff should have thought of this before booking resort not to book in remote area. The question was of security for us which at that moment we didn't feel at all we were safe. Next day our cab driver owner arranged another hotel for us in chikmagalur which was really good and safe and lively. Our trip was excellent right from cab driver to the resort and hotel staff but oyo total holidays staff was helpless. They did not contact us after the miserable day. They had just called us on same day saying that payment is done and we can stay in resort wherein the resort manager had not received the payment. Kindly look into this matter so that same problem won't arise with other customers. Right now we cannot recommend oyo total holidays to any of my friends for future trips. Thanks.
