Oyo Total Holidays — fraud information

Pkg id-XHSN 4120 FOR NORTH EAST BOOKED BY GAURAV CHAUHAN.He always give wrong information...he is fraud and this company is total fraud..i have all receipts of booking...i will complain in consumer forum...i want my money back..my travel date is 23 april 2019.
I have to go to northeast.i will prepared my trip from oyo.gaurav chouhan was the guy who will making my tour file.he was taking 25% at the time of booking and rest will be before 15 days of travel date.At today i havent receive any booking details.I continuesly calling to oyo costomer service but they played game in the name of call transfering...my total pkg cost was around 65000 including flights.i have receipt of that booking.but now he will mail me link of 77000.he is looting me.i am already submit 17000 .i want my money back...i am over exhausted
