I booked a holiday package on 31 may 2019. But oyo total holiday did not fulfill
Their commitment. We were waiting for the cab details and hotel details where
We supposed to stay. They took all the money at a time. We have contacted the customer care and sales team many times, but they are not helping to get the refund amount of rs 22, 500. As per the sales team, i supposed to get the money within 14 working days, but i have not received the amount.
