Oyo took full payment and did not informed us that manali - leh road has not opened on our dates of visit. After reaching manali they informed us that we cant move further due to which we need to pay extra amount to go back to Delhi and catch flight for Leh and had to miss jespa spot of our Itinerary. Prior to our tour booking was not confirmed and oyo people was not answering the call.
This is worst and no refund is given.
