Oyo Total Holidays — package id : pkg - nlaq1480

I booked oyo north east package and i have paid full amount in advance. My package was booked through mr. Akhil sharma. Later my package was transferred to package operation team and it is assigned to the package relationship manager (Prm) mr. Ashish saini. I preferred oyo to local travel agent even though my friends went to the same trip with local travel operators with very good customer care experience. I trusted oyo brand than local operators. Later i was regretted doing that. List of situations that they miserably failed.
1. Their customers care (24 * 7) is really sucks that it can't handle their customers at time. Whenever you called them your call will put in a queue that it takes more than 20 mins (Sometimes even it takes 45 min).

2. Due to cyclone (Fani), i want to shift my package to one day later. Whenever i call them (C care) that they transfer my call to prm, each time a new manager speaks to me (Except ashish) that you have to tell them the complaint again and again. After that they will say that they will call you within few hours about the resolving of problem but you don't get a call from anyone of them. I have waited for 56 hours but none of them resolved the problem.

3. Finally one day before the package starting day i got a mail from ashish that my package was modified and it was shifted to one day later.

4. When i arrived at siliguri on day 1, they were pick up us from that city and transferred to gangtok.in gangtok, taxi driver dropped us in taxi stand without taking to hotel and he was instructed to do that. Then i booked the hotel room with my own money. Next day i realized that they update my trip details only to the travel operators but not with hotel managers. So travel operators provided vehicles according to the modified package but the hotels were not booked according to it.

5. Everytime i went to each city, the hotel management didn't know my booking and
Even worse they don't have any rooms available and nearby hotels also fully filled
We were waited infront of hotel (Lachung) in low temp (12 degree) along with family.

* especially in lachung katau hotel, we are not only one that oyo done this and many people waiting infront of hotel the same way that we did.

In every situation, i called the prm ashish
Each time someone (Not ashish) pick up the call and said that they will resolve the issue and call back within few minutes. But they never call me back.

I am writing this complaint on day 4 of my tour. First 3 days are terrible so far. Hope they will resolve this issue by seeing this.

Still there is no support from oyo customer care. They have the worst customer care. You(oyo PRM) haven't contacted me and not replying to any of my emails. I want to resolve this issue at the earliest. you haven't provided any accommodation except one day (12-5-19)
but only travel. How many days do you take to resolve this issue? Your Company made my trip terrible and got the worst experience. I want to refund my accommodation costs because you couldn’t able to provide. If you don't solve this issue I will definitely complain in Consumer Forum by attaching the names of your company and you (PRMS

I have booked north Sikkim Tour Package from Oyo Total Holidays and it is going to start from 12th May 19 to 20th May 19.
My package I'd is XJNW4278
but till now I haven't received voucher for that. They only provide Driver's number.
I have paid full amount for that.
Now I feel that I have been cheated by OYO.
