Oyo Total Holidays — refund processing issue

During my Himachal trip, Oyo captain Mr Aman assured me the refund of the part my package inclusion which was not satisfactory during our stay. It was nearly 2months but till now I didn't get my refund. Assured refund amount is 2500/-

problem is just two days before the travel date Oyo total holidays people called me and said the hotel which I had opted in Shimla is having some issue so we are changing your hotel like that they said me. During my stay, I was not satisfied with it and requested Oyo Captain to cancel my honeymoon inclusion package one day early itself. so finally Oyo captain assured me that you will get refunded. it is nearly 2 months completed but no response
