Oyolife — booking confirmed from online portal but customer care is not coordinating properly

Hi,

This is regarding room booking in OYOLIFE(booking of 66393 and token id 1233) for Bangalore location.

I have paid token money of Rs 999(token id 1233) while blocking a private room for OYOLIFE1661 yesterday around 10 pm.

I got a message to call in a number for further process (customer care). I called in that number and was instructed to call in another number(given by customer care representative) in order to get details about the getting the confirmation about the room i have booked.

Today i got a call from customer care and they are telling me there is no private room available in OYOLIFE 1661 and asking me to adjust in twin sharing. I told them but while booking there was vacancy and as i was in need of tha, that's why i have paid the token money as well for assurance of the same .
They are not listening and asking me to call after some time.

I went to the official site of OYOLIFE just after having conversations with the customer care representative and came to know that there are still 4 vacant private rooms for property.

Please help me to avail the private room which i have booked with the same price during yesterday's booking i.e. 7699/month.

Oyolife took extra chargers in the name of common area utilities. There is working only 1 washing machine 1 refrigerator, in name of common area utilities for 3 floor building around 40 tenets and they taking money 590/month/person... service is very poor no hygiene no cleaning no place for cooking eating.
