[Resolved]  Oyolife — rude and threatening behavior of oyo operations manager

Operational manager has forcibly shifted the stay supervisor to my room with all oyo's personal stuffs like cleaning articles, wiper, brooms. My room because of less area looks more congested and more over it seems more to be a store room than a living space of me and my room mate.
On repeated reporting to the operational manager, he started disconnecting my phone without making the entire conversation. He talked like threatening and sounded like you are the customer and you do what ever you want to do. He even told he is not afraid of any kind of legal actions and complaints.
Mr amit bhareja is doing this very rude to the customer as well as his junior staff. I also asked him if i can checkout because of non resolving attitude of oyo, he simply just answered that that is absolutely fine on his end but he cannot resolve the issues i am facing.
More over not only me, but my brother has also faced the same issue regarding the stay with oyolife.
Even me and my brother are on the urge to checkout the property after not getting the amenities we paid for.
