I'm staying in oyolife pun559, oyo is just taking high rents and not giving a service upto the mark. We can't wake up in the mng and rush to office without bathing or brushing. Today dated 5th march 2020, i called the customer escalation and she disappeared with no resolution while i was on call and no callback as well and without water in bathroom, i have to leave to office. Worst customer support and no help and it has many times. Nobody replies and now today is the due date of rent we'll be charged extra if we don't pay on time and when we don't get service and such a worst customer escalation, what should we do now, we do not have the email of the ceo of oyolife as well. What's happening here, we can't go to office without personal hygiene, this is not we expect.
