I and my roommate has left the oyolife pg in the month of september (With id-17265). The checkout request was posted on the oyolife app on 4th august 2019 and checked out on 5th september 2019. The combined deposit amount for 2 people was 13000 rs. The refund cycle of the company is within 15 days and 120 days have been passed since then. Despite being calling them again and again and registering my plea every time, i have received only assurance but no money. They have accepted that the issue is from their side but no action has been taken. I would like to have a complaint registered against them regarding fraud and mental harassment.
