I am raising this complaint to highlight my concern towards oyolife. I left oyo property in pune on 16th feb, 2019 and as per their policy and commitments, i should have received my deposit of 16000rs within 15 days but it's almost a month and i have not received my deposit money yet.
Also, i raised this concern to oyo management and customer care several times but always heard one statement from them - 'please have patience, give us time we will refund it soon'.
After 15 days, i called them and they asked me to confirm bank details. However, my concern is being a brand they should have courtesy to call customer if bank details are not updated or if for some reason they are unable to pay back the amount. Even after confirming the details, they people are least bothered to take my complaint on higher priority.
I would request you to give this complaint a top most priority and take an appropriate action against oyo property and staff. Was this information helpful? | 
I came to oyolife on 10oct. Here in oyo life lot of problems it is mentioned like maintenance room cleaning and mainly bed bugs. In room and in beds lot of bed bugs is there I given spkoen to Oyo life ppl also but there not responding properly please kindly take some action on Oyo life.
