Oyolife — Refund issues

Hello,
Due to the sudden pandemic issues I had to leave my pg before the due time. It's been April that I formally spoke of checking out from the pg. However I will be collecting my luggages tomorrow. I had addressed this issue earlier where an executive said that I won't be refunded any money at all. It is due to this pandemic that I am suffering and had to leave pg... because there is no point paying there unnecessarily where there is no certainty when I will be able to go back there. I am studying in JADAVPUR University and there has been no news o[censored]niversity opening soon. Rather we are to finish our courses online. Despite informing about it I feel wrongly extracted of money. 4299 as much as I remember is a lot of money already and I would request you to look into the matter and solve the issue. I had put forward a lot of mails earlier amid the lockdown. Due to lack to the customer representative I couldn't speak much of it. There are earlier records of the msgs I sent and received. Pls send me a reply as soon as possible because tomorrow I am going to collect my things and accordingly will be speaking with my property manager. I tried to mail to several oyolife mail IDs...one of them seems to have blocked my message. I have been harrassed earlier and it seems I can't simply let go of being wrongly extracted.
I want a reply and refund of my security deposit. Anyway had I spoken of leaving the pg in April instead of March I might have had to face no such hassle. Please try to think on this and refund my security money.
