Oyolife — refund of security deposit after vacating the place

I recently stayed at oyolife property. I stayed only for 5 days. I paid my security deposit and one month rent for the property. I am okay to pay 1 month rent for the property for staying 5 days. After vacating, they said i did not raise a 30 day notice period and so they said they can't give my security deposit back. I lost money in this. They took one month rent as well as the whole security deposit for it just because i did not serve a notice period of 30 days. But i have paid whole month rent for that. They keep some stupid loophole and they extract money from people.
