I have booked bed on oyolife property in pun698 in pune
When i had visited that property that time oyolife manager said you can live in 3899 rs with all facilities like washing machine wifi so i decided to book a bed in oyo life after booking company sent an agreement
After few days i checked in my room and after 3 4 days company demands extra 290 rs for common area maintenance charges. Which is not mentioned in agreement. Theni i called oyo customer care they told you have to pay that charges. But that charges has not mentioned in agreement nevertheless company has taken charges that means the company is doing injustice to the customer

it was around 6months over i havent received my security deposit INR 11999/-.
i was following up with the customer care from the last 6 months but they are not yet able to do the needful.
