Oyolife — Room Shifting and Relocation

Hi Everyone,

I am Raman Sharma. Before one month I relocated to the Gurugram for the new job. I booked a property that is "GRG1168" and the manager name is Sanjay Yadav.

I checked the property and finalized a bed in Room No-101. But due to some key unavailability issues, he shifted me in Room no-102 (It is a single occupied Room) & said that you have to live in this room for 2-3 days only until the shared key is not available for room 101.

I agreed.

After 3 days, I asked to sanjay about to shift in my room. He said that "Sir abhi 2-3 din or usi room me reh lo".

I replied, Ok.

After 6-7 days, he allotted the room no 101 to another person. I again asked to shift me on that room. He replied "Sir, ab to us ladke se baat krni padegi".

I again said, OK!!!

After 12 days, I again asked the same question. He replied, "Ab app usi room me reh lo".

And it 17th day, he shifted one another person in the room No- 102, In which I was leaving.

I asked to Sanjay about to fix this issue and said that I'll complaint against this issue to OYOLife.

He replied, "Kr do sir usse kuch nahi hoga😂😊😂😂😂"

I sent an email to OYOLife on the date of[protected]. And still waiting for the solution.

Everyday OYOLife Support team replied, Sir, we need more time.

And today[protected], I received a call from Sanjay Yadav (OYOLife Property Manager). He said that, Sir, aapka Gram Power se electricity kat jayega aaj, aapne rent pay nahi kia hai..

This is my story, Now anyone can suggest me what should I do?
