I am chasing to get my security amount refund into my account against booking id 129943. As per oyolife support team they have initiated the refund of INR 8, 353/- on dated 6th July'21 and it is successfully credited from into the account.

This was my father's account which was closed in the month of March'21.
How can the amount be created in a closed account?
Inform you that although I know that account has been closed however I visited the bank for confirmation.

They also confirm the same that how can the amount be created in a closed account?
The bank has also made it clear that no amount can be credited or stuck in the closed account.

This case has been going on for 4 months and oyolife team can't understand a simple thing?

I request you to please help me in getting my security amount back which is pending since July'21.
