I joined oyo life on october 9, 2019. At the time of registration i paid 11500 as security deposit. Later the property oyolife del 2006, dwarka got shut down and there was notice issued till 6 th of feb. I moved out before the due date and it was assured through the email that the security money will be returned within 15 workings days but it hasn’t come till date. I had email oyolife support so many times and every time the answer i received was we will look into it. I tried calling up the number provided below it turned out the number wasn’t even valid. I am in great distress about the service from oyo and insecure about the money i had given as security as i haven’t gotten any reply. I would also like to mention that the representative who’s number i had is not even picking up my call.
