Oyorooms — Complaints on refund

I booked online with oyorooms.com for a hotel for 2 days on 11/15/2025 when I went to check in the hotel told me they have been booked up for 3 days and weren't taking any bookings that they don't know why oyorooms would allow someone to book when they're fully booked the owner even told me that he would Waive the cancelation fee for me. I spoke to oyoo customer service they promised me that they would issue an expedite refund the same day and here it is 2 days later and still no refund
