I have done a booking Through the customer care number. And I got the room finalized. And when it comes to the amount the executor told me that it is INR 858. then i got this email Which I've attached below.
Then I saw an Additional INR 42 off on the booking and I decided to pay the full amount. which is INR 816(Below I have attached the payment proof)
Then I got a Confirmation mail in which it was mentioned that I still have INR 42 due. (Below I have attached the screenshot)

      I have paid rs.768 through paytm to oyo app on 29.02.2024 to book hotel in Jodhpur. My money got deducted but booking not confirmed by oyo app. On calling customer care of oyo they have booked hotel on pay to hotel basis and i have again paid in cash and money paid through is still not refunded.

      I have called customer care of oyo today and talked about the issue to the lady picked up the call and she transferred the call to her senior, the person to whom call was transferred has abused me and shouted on me.

        I had booked room in OYO flagship West Mambalam for 3 days from 25 January to 28 January 2024. But when we entered the room, it was very dirty and poorly maintained. We immediately tasked the receptionist for cancelling the booking. She agreed upon cancelling the booking and told that the refund (after deducting charge for the time we stayed: 1 hour) will be credited in 15 working days after the scheduled checkout date. But till now, we did not received the refund. When we contacted the OYO consumer service, they said they cannot refund as per their policy. Details of booking: booking ID KGM58149, name: Rajan C V

          Re: Ticket ID: [protected] | BOOKING ID: S0H53525 and Y3A10682. Can you share the link for the OYO policy where the client has to pay to OYO even if he’s not provided the service either by OYO or its affiliates, in this case, the hotel owner.

          Strange it may seems, I was on call with OYO rep at the time of trying to locate the hotel and even the OYO Customer care rep was unable to connect with the hotel owner. The same was regretfully informed to me, making me wait an awful 3 hours with all family members in the streets of Pondicherry, our only fault being “Trusting” OYO would provide us excellent service.

          Even then, your Customer care rep wasn’t able to reach out to the hotel owner.

          Then, how can you expect us to check-in when you, OYO yourself was unable to reach out to the landlord.

          Also, the terms are between OYO who provided the platform to book the hotel room and it it OYO’s responsibility to coordinate with the Hotel to provide the rooms to customers approaching OYO.

          If there is a dispute, it is between OYO and the customer, me. I have proved that I haven’t stayed at “the hotel” which is supported by your customer care person not able to reach out to the hotel owner.

          Now, if OYO has to prove that I stayed, please provide the check-in register with my signature and the various documents you must have obtained before providing a room to anybody. Which you cannot as I, simply, I booked two rooms and how can I stay in one room leaving other family members on the streets of Pondicherry.

          I expect the refund to be processed immediately, failing which I would be forced to proceed legally as this is a classic case of exploitation without any legitimate reason/proof for refund.

              i have booked a room in OYO suncity vijayawada for 2 days i.e., 20/01/2024 to 22/01/2024, i made the payment of 1271/- through online ref#[protected].
              without my approval OYO team shifted my hotel from suncity to Adiya grand, I called the OYO customer care team, no one is responding for this,
              I spoke to santosh verma, tasleen, manisha, juhi, srikanth verma and many many more. they are do not take any responsibility for that

              I sincerely want to escalate this issue to indian compliants forum to take action on OYO

                Hello Sir,

                This month on 2nd of Jan I booked one Hotel in BBSR from OYO.
                They Charged me Online first and then did again offline while doing checkin in Hotel. Since I reached Hotel a bit late around 8pm I was not in a condition that time to check with anyone as I Was too tired and had to pay offline since they didn't allow checkin without paying.

                Since then I tried multiple time to reach Oyo customer Support team but they didn't pick the phone, Today when finally they did pick up, when I told the whole story they just ignored and disconnect the call.

                    Hi,
                    I had prior booked two rooms for the dates, 26th-29th Dec 2023 at Hotel Dream Palace, New Delhi. I have completed my booking before 4 months ago i.e. 8th of August 2023. For the room confirmation I have paid an advance as a partial amount i.e. Rs. 5038.38. On 23rd December 2023 I got call from Oyo customer care that the hotel I booked are under maintenance and we have shifted your hotel Dream palace to hotel city plaza. I have checked through Oyo mobile application the rating was not at par, so I told this to the customer care authority, but she told me that please believe on us you will not find any complain on the new hotel. On reaching the booked property on the 26th Dec with my family then I found the hotel was not cleaned, so much dirty in everywhere, the bathroom is not cleaned, it is on the 3rd floor, Alcohol bottle was found in the room, there was no such family stay at the hotel, some of the male groups were doing alcohol party, The room was not suited for our safety so I asked the Hotel manager for cancellation but he told we do not provide you the cash back as they did not get any advance from the Oyo Company. The with the consultation with our family we moved other hotel property and stayed for 3 days. After that I have cancelled my booking via mentioned OYO customer care number i.e.[protected] and after cancel done, they said I will get refund within 7-14 days and even as per "OYO Refund Policy", refunds get processed with 7-14 days but until today (10th of Jan 2024) I did not receive the amount.
                    I have been calling "OYO Customer Care" number every day, but none of the options gets my call transferred to the concerned department.

                        Subject: Complaint Regarding Denied Room Reservation at Hotel Collection O 3340 Ashirwad Regency, Near Bhopal railway station

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred at above mentioned hotel.
                        I had a confirmed booking for a room from 5th Jan to 6th Jan, for which I paid an advance of 174 rupees, contributing to the total booking cost of over 700 rupees.

                        Despite arriving at the hotel at 6 am on 6th Jan, I was denied a room, causing significant inconvenience. I believe this is a clear violation of the agreed-upon terms and an unjust denial of service. The staff was rude too.
                        I request your prompt intervention to address this matter and seek appropriate redressal.

                          Fake Hotels Bookings are listed and accepted

                          OYO app is listed with many properties that includes fake properties and customer support receives the call and puts you on hold with no further response or update.

                          I made a booking and I cannot reach the property with the given phone number and alternate number provided was also a wrong number.

                          then OYO customer care suggested to cancel the booking as there was a technical glitch in OYO systems which resulted...

                          I booked a guest room and I cancelled it within 15 mins due to change in plans .It shows free refund with full amount .Nothing showed up and I contacted customer care they got my Booking id and they told me to wait in the call for 10 mins, call came way far from 10 mins. I want my refund, please look on to it.

                            Recently Approx 18 Days Before When I Had Visited Kolkata, I Booked A Hotel From Oyo App
                            But After Going To Hotel They Denied The check-in.
                            So I Had Called The Customer Care Executive And I Told Him To Cancel The Booking Because The Hotel Manager Is Misbehaving With me And Not Allowing me to check in .
                            But after some time, the Hotel manager told me To Cancel the Booking, The Full Refund Will Automatically Come Within 7-14 Days . So He Took My Phone And Cancelled the Booking.
                            After That I Had Booked The Hotel Offline In Kolkata.
                            So Within 2-3 Hours, The Amount of Rs 573 Has Arrived . But I Had Paid Rs 2173 In Oyo App. So I Posted the Tweet in X, And The Customer Care Called me .
                            Not A Single Update Was Given By Them And Asked
                            Aapne Wo Hotel Me Nhi Ruka to koi Dusre Hotel me ruke hoge na
                            I Told Yes
                            So they ask
                            Can you please Mail me the Invoice / Bill of that hotel which you booked offline. So I Did the Mail. 12 Days Had Passed, Till Now, I am Not Getting Any Update From Oyo.
                            Till Now The Refund Amount Hasn't Arrived.
                            Please Help Me . it Was My Hard Earned Money.
                            You Are The Only Last Hope For me .

                              I booked a room on 7th Dec 2023 in the afternoon through their app, upon calling the hotel they said to cancel booking and don't do any payments as it will be not considered as valid booking and I cancelled that booking and made no further booking from the app. I called on their customer support automated call to cancel my booking (as it is the only way to cancel booking) and they just gave a automated message on call " thank you so much your booking has been cancelled and refund will be initiated in the next 5 working days". Which I assumed was the case and after cancelling the app was also not showing my booking past details. I was in the impression that the booking has been cancelled and refund will be initiated. After few days when I called the OYO customer support that refund has not been initiated, they said as you cancelled the booking after 9 am on 7th Dec 2023 we cannot initiate the refund, But how can I Cancel a booking I made in the afternoon for the say day before 9am in the past!! they claim that they provide cancelation policy while cancelling but they will also say to cancel booking you have to call their automated calling system, which is not going to tell you about any policy or show you any policy. And after cancelation they will complete remove any kind of history from the app for you to see it.

                              This is complete nuisance when they are saying such unrealistic thing to do in termite get refund. according to they I should have gone in the past and cancel my booking by 9am 7th dec 2023 even before when I made the booking.

                              After cancellation they removed the whole booking history from their app and website and you cannot find any data or results nor they send any message regarding the refund.

                                I had booked Hotel Blue Berry from Oyo room for 01-Jan-2024, whose booking id is as follows, V35Z8078. After booking confirmation, when I went to check in the hotel, the hotel staff refused to give me the room. More Demanded money, and even said that our hotel will be run as per our rules and not as per OYO's rules, after that I had also talked about OYO customer care and hotel staff on conference call, but the hotel staff was adamant on their point. Well, then later Oyo customer care asked me to shift to another hotel, which was not possible for me, because my wife was unwell at that time, I asked Oyo care to cancel my booking. and asked me to return my advance amount but did not get any response from Oyo.

                                  I booked room by using Oyo app ..and transaction got success but booking details not showing in app .and I didn't get any response from ayo customer service .

                                    On December 22, 2023, I booked OYO Flagship
                                    Darshan Hotel &
                                    Restaurant
                                    Hotel Keyur, Manibhadra
                                    Enclave Plot No 1,
                                    Manibhadra Enclave Opp
                                    Rajasthan Hospital,
                                    Shahibaug, Ahmedabad,
                                    380009 Booking ID - EXLE0601

                                    After reaching Ahmedabad on December 23, 2023, My first call was for property manager at 7:53 He said he cannot confirm if I have booking . Then I called Oyo at 7:56 AM. They confirmed it and for verification they tried calling property manager. He did not pick their call.

                                    I called the hotel again at 8:18 AM and he said they removed their hotel from Oyo. If I want a room, I should come and pay for it .I informed the same to Oyo team at 8:19 AM, they tried calling them again but no answer.
                                    I told them that this is fraud taking place as they are not picking up the phone as this will verify my claim.
                                    Oyo rep Pradeep escalated my issue Ticket ID: [protected] | Ticket Type: SIG Escalations He told me full amount will be refunded since the hotel did not provide me accommodation and the company itself were not able to arrange for alternative accommodation.
                                    But they still charged 100% for cancellation.
                                    I am stressed out because I already had to shell out 1500 rupees to book a new hotel and now this. I want my money back.

                                      I have tried to book a hotel on oyo's application, the payment was successful, as it was clearly shown on the payment gateway. When it took me back to the booking section in oyos app, its not showing
                                      My money has been debited . I have contacted their so called customer service, using this number . And when i told them my issue, they keep asking me for my booking id. When i explain what happend, they say that they would speak to their superiors and keep me on hold, around 10 minutes later they cut my call without resolving the matter. This has seriously hindered my upcoming trip, as my money is gone and i got no place to stay. It is a pity that a company that wants to go public has such a mediocre service in terms of solving customer issues. I am attaching my transaction details as well as my call log with oyos customer support
