    With this Escalation ID I was promised a refund within 7-14 days and I haven't received a refund yet..
    If I send email or call them, they don't respond.. And haven't given me my refund....

    I had a stay at Hotel Rushank Inn townhouse on 14th May-15th May.
    I booked it on 13th may as I was getting the best price that is 652 rs.
    I had a few issues with the hotel like wifi was not working, the handle gate of the room was broken I asked them to fix but they didn't. at sharp 11 they started banging my door that you have to vacate the hotel and so on. and while...

    Oyo Rooms — Refund not reflected in my account

    I had to cancel a booking due to certain reasons and it was within oyo’s refund policy. The refund status is showing confirm, but it is not reflecting in my account.

    The booking id is WK3M1340

    Kindly look into this and provide resolution...

    I am still waiting for the refund of ₹985 which was deducted from the credit card but the booking was not successful. This was paid on 10 May 2022. I have also checked with my bank and they have confirmed that Oyo have taken the payment. Please refund my INR 985....

    I have made payment for a hotel room. My money got deducted from my bank account but in Oyo app, its showing payment failed.
    I tried reach customer care but its not even connecting with Agents anytime.

    This is regarding my booking ref#CU884666 at Capital O 63727 Mythri Hotel booked from May 9th to May 11th. Payment was deducted 2 times, attached screen shot for reference. I tried to call customer care services but no use at all....

    Today i have room booked by yono .room booking confirmation also got...when i reached at room property person told to me without RTPCR report not allowed room pls cancel it..about RTPCR report nobody told me either oyo team/mail also .after cancelation my deduct amount refund to my account. But nobody properly answer to me..only oyo help team 3 to 4 members by chat only but proper answer not give to me only give to me rating 5...how to give...

    My money got debited but I did not recived service from Oyo ...i book oyo 23461 In Bangalore from 24/04/22 to 27/04/22
    And I did not got my booking id also ...please help me solve my issue and refund my 2631 which I paid.
    Or else I am ready to put case on Oyo...and Oyo has crores of money which they have to return to there customers...

    I book Oyo in Bangalore from OYO 23461 in bangalor from 24/04/22 to 27/04/2022. I paid through UPI and my money got debited and I did not receive service also

      I had booked a room in Oyo on[protected], and i had to cancel the booking due to personal reasons. For the refund i had contacted OYO and they initiated the refund on[protected] to my bank account. I haven’t received the cash yet and i contacted Oyo customer care, As they have already initiated the refund, their reply was like to contact the bank regarding this.

      Need help regarding this....

      I still have not been given a refund. They have not tried calling or emailing me and have hung up on me multiple times. They state the reason as being I stayed over 2 hours which is a flat out lie. It was a terrible ordeal and I want this to be resolved ASAP. It should not take this long in order to receive the $33 that I am owed. Your company should be ashamed of itself for what you have put me through, for not only that night I was forced out by disgusting blood sucking bed bugs but for the communication between us. This is not right!

        Hi, i had made a booking online, but due to an error in the website i was told by the helpline to make another booking and proceed with payment as the earlier transaction payment would be sent back. In 3-5 working days. When I made the other booking the account showed me that I had two booking and I have been charged both times, if i cancel i loose the full amount. I have tried to call the helpline and cancel but they are saying i have made...

        I booked two rooms at Hotel Banzara Dham, Mehandipur Rajasthan from Agoda on 13th May. I made the payment of half of the amount. When I was about to reach the hotel around midnight, I called the owner to let him know but to my surprise I was denied the booking saying that he doesn't accept bookings from Agoda or Oyo. I even contacted the oyo customer support but they turned out to be incompetent.
        Now I want my refund....

        I have paid the full amount of my upcoming booking, but the still status shows pending.           I was very frustrated and disappointed for the cheating which is made by Oyo.The Oyo application for booking rooms did cheat on us They took the money and dint give the room.if they are not supposed to give the room then why did they booked my room.please go through this and resolve my issue and provide justice for me.
