My id for pace inernet : hemant. Shah

I have also complain earlier about the same... I have tried to contact on customer support provided by pace internet[protected] which also whatsapp complain number as well...

I have tried to call on this number no of times. No reply from them even on whatsapp..

I booked first complain on 29.05.2019 resolved then again in 2-3 days internet goes down and yet not resolved... Second time i complain on 15.06.2019... Its also a month and no one even resolved the one...

Two days back on tuesday, technician visited my place, he checked and then never come back with resolution...

I am mentally depressed as this days internet is necessary...

I suggest you should cancel pace internet licence due inefficient in working style... Even they dont have website which gives us further details... They just created home page and then nothing happened hence forth...

I dont know how gujarat government gives licence to such providers...
