I mrs. Chandrakala c have taken an insurance policy in your company.. I have paid nearly rs. 55000/- and now i am facing problem from ur end...

My agent name in mr. Ram (Contact no. [protected]) and mahadev ([protected]) if i call them ram is not responding for my calls and mahadev is speaking very rashly this is not fair to speak with a customer.. Please let me what is the status and i want my money back i have many problems in my family...

Please dont cheat peoples.. And i want my money back refund my money as soon as possible...

I had invested 3 lacs in Pacl company. My returns should be 1.9 lacs in 2013 Dec and 1.2 lacs in 2015 but still we are waiting.

    I Ivie Pais wanted to know when can I claim the amount which I deposited in PACL. We heard that the refund of Rs 2500/- has been going on. I used to pay Rs 480/- per month. It was for five years. I paid all the instalments without fail.

      I found here many customers wee complained regarding the returns of the money.
      only 2% of replies as i see.
      please let us know when do you return our money.
      and the consumer complaints forum has to take initiative in this and make them to answer for this as crores of peoples are awaiting for correct response.
      we had a lot of hope on Modi's govt but even it is failed to help in this matter.
      the case is lying in court doorsteps since 2013 and the years are passing by
      the ministry are sitting in AC rooms and watching the fun of all these peoples sufferings and we are the public who dying hard.
      feels regret about all these kind of politics and judiciary in our country.
      single case they will drove years to resolve and until then the era will be gone.

        I am pacl india limited agent joined 2010 september month
        .I have so many policy provided to this company. Totally 46 member of customers investmentso many scheme. They are cheating poor people .Totally 104678 money investment. I won't never believed indian company and won't investment any insurance, bank also.People are very angry that company and central government activities in this case.This case totally 20 years running but not finished this case. What is it? All are cheated poor people money.

            I had invested 3 lacs in Pacl company. My returns should be 1.9 lacs in 2013 Dec and 1.2 lacs in 2015 but still we are waiting. Now case in Supreme Court and SEBI . They formed a commitee to resolve and order to repay in feb 2016. but commitee not doing anything. And media is also not focusing on it although it is national level matter. We consumer are not feeling secured because it seems a huge fraud in which media and goverment may involved. It brings us in a critical condition, seems no hope to help to the consumers. It forces us to a negative end. If you can help please please do needful to us.

                    When does the PACL money will be getting back we are in financial poor and have a loan to be given back so kindly can you try them...to return as fast as can...its almost 2 yrs...govt is playing with our money?they have almost have benefited by taking our money for 2 months thus we are in horrible condition we cannot show our face to the people who invested through our policy...so I kindly request PACL or GOVT of India to do as quick as possible...

                              I, ankit kumar, s/o:-anil kumar had done my policy in pacl company on 03/06/2009 of fixed deposit of 10, 000.00 and complitionof date was on 03/09/2015.Registration no:-u[protected].
                              Another policy is of my mother anju devi, h/o:-anil ram had done policy on 15/10/2009 of rs:735.00 monthly and complition of date was on 15/10/2015 but since you also know that company was closed in 2015 and then i could not pay my money for 7 months.Registration no:-u[protected] and u[protected].
                              So please sir try to refund my money because i face problem in study.

                                      My self Desh Raj from Kangra, himachal Pradesh. I had consumer of PACL Ltd. My Policy No. Is U[protected] of 1000/- per month for 5.6 years agency code is [protected]. Policy started date is 29.10.2009 & it has matured on 29.04.2015.
                                      2nd Policy is in the name of wife Meena Kumari Policy No. U[protected] of Rs. 800/- per month for 5.6 years agency code is [protected]. Policy started date is 31.12.2009 & it has matured on 30.06.2015.
                                      Our Policy has matured before almost one year passing but yet we have not receive the our amount.
                                      Insurer is not replying positively we are not getting proper response from the Insurer by when we can get the our money back.
                                      It is requested please look into the matter and do the needful.
