    My self Desh Raj from Kangra, himachal Pradesh. I had consumer of PACL Ltd. My Policy No. Is U[protected] of 1000/- per month for 5.6 years agency code is [protected]. Policy started date is 29.10.2009 & it has matured on 29.04.2015.
    2nd Policy is in the name of wife Meena Kumari Policy No. U[protected] of Rs. 800/- per month for 5.6 years agency code is [protected]. Policy started date is 31.12.2009 & it has matured on 30.06.2015.
    Our Policy has matured before almost one year passing but yet we have not receive the our amount.
    Insurer is not replying positively we are not getting proper response from the Insurer by when we can get the our money back.
    It is requested please look into the matter and do the needful.

      Main pichle kai saalo se pacl me apni RD ke 480/- jama karwati rahi hu. maine total 48 kist jama karwai hai aur ab jab wo puri ho chuki hai to mujhe apne paise lene ke liye bhatakna parh raha hai. maine ye RD Parwanoo me shuru kari thi. mujhe Chandigarh me iske address ka pta chala waha gai to Add. change tha Sec 38 chd. me waha se bola k agle hafte aana ph. karke ab jab phone karte hu to wo kehte h ki yaha se add change hone wala h ab add phase 9 mohali ka batya fir kaha k ph. karke aana.20 apr 2016 ke baad pehale 20 mar 2016 ko bola tha ab ph kiya to aage se aage date bata rahe hai. mujhe paiso ki bahut jarurat hai. main parwanoo me private job karti hu mujhe itna nahi pta chd or mohali ke baare me. pls meri problem solve kare...

            It has been many years and i have not got any refund yet.

            Every time i contact the office they ask me to call after 3 months.

            Request you to please help me in getting the refund.

                    With due regards, I am writing this mail on behalf of my brother "Vikash Srivastava". He has invested in PACL limited. He has deposited around INR 90000/- in PACL Limited Kanpur Branch Uttar Pradesh. Now as maturity tenure of 66 month is already over in Jan 2015 so when we tried to contact the person who was PACL agent, he told us that he can't do anything and ask us to go to court. So please guide and help us in getting the money back. We know SEBI is working on this . Can you guide us how to get our hard earned money,
