      I had paid four installment of rs. 325/- in each installment four times in 2010 . After that i had not paid any amount . But now i want to recover my payment amount.

      With due regards, I am writing this mail on behalf of my brother "Vikash Srivastava". He has invested in PACL limited. He has deposited around INR 90000/- in PACL Limited Kanpur Branch Uttar Pradesh. Now as maturity tenure of 66 month is already over in Jan 2015 so when we tried to contact the person who was PACL agent, he told us that he can't do anything and ask us to go to court. So please guide and help us in getting the money back. We know SEBI is working on this . Can you guide us how to get our hard earned money,

                      This is my mothers acc and we have deposited the document for maturity in june 2014 and since then keep on getting dates till now ..Siwan (Bihar) office is closed in Nov 2014 and when we tried in Delhi office getting the same respsonce for last one year and till date .

                      Need to know when it will be resolved and either we will get the money or not.
