I have done a policy with PACL Ltd. for Rs. 600/- per month vide policy no. U[protected] on a payment term of 05 years 06 Months which starts from 28/01/2010 and already ended in July 2015. I have made the policy through agency code WS[protected], but still i have not received my maturity amount in my account, while the agency person completed all the formalities from my end. i have already submitted my bank detail and other necessary documents regarding bank transfer, but still i have not got the maturity amount. it has already passed a long period of four months. so kindly look into the matter and credited my maturity amount in my account at earliest. Policy was expired one year back and also agent came to my home and he collected original policy doc.he said after very fi the document you will get the money.but still I have not get amount from the company. I have called several times but official authority saying that still case is in court we are not in possion to refund the amount. All the department including SEBI, SAT, Government Home Minister are enjoying AACHE DI KA SWAD!!! by taking bribe from PACL. No one is interested to solve this issue at the earliest and held responsible to spread wrong message in the Country for poor, helpless, illiterate Indian People.

We stop inventing our money to your company because when we had about pacl ltd, people was saying about pacl company. They are saying pearl is a fraud company they are not refunding money back to customer when policy get complete. So can you tell me about my policy when we get our money back which we was invest ...? If you want then we can share with our pearl ltd documents-agreement, payment slip and policy number also, which you provided me.

I want to submit a complaint related to my pacl Policys its reg. no u[protected] and u[protected]. Policy was expired 8 months back but money not received. I am Sonali Mashalkar Ex-Employee of our organization .I have Resigned my job on Dated:-22/11/2014 & my Employee code -22811 & Designation: -Sr. Asst in Secunderabad Divisional office in Hyderabad.

I have worked last 9 years our organization.

I have received my Full & Final Settlement Details Payment on Dated[protected] but in that statement did not include my Gratuity Amount. We are forwarding to Ho Letter no-6269 Dated-20/02/2015 for Request for Release pending Gratuity Amount. As per company rule with in two month release gratuity amount but now eleven months completed not given proper answer your side.

Please release my Gratuity Amount as earlier as possible.

Myself Nayankumar Vaghela, living in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Having policy in PACL Limited, My policy No. U[protected] Dated. 29/06/2009. I paid Rs. 220.00 every month as a installment, last installment paid in 29/06/2015. My policy was matured in June-2015. I submitted Original certificate and necessary documents with form in July-2015. After one month when i contact PACL branch, they did not give appropriate answer regarding that matter. I still not get my money please help me in this matter so that i can get my money as early...

Policy was expired one and half year back and also surrendered the bond to Belgaum office, state Karnataka after policy got expired but still I have not get amount from the company. I have called several times but official authority saying that still case is in court we are not in possion to refund the said amount. I had invested Rs.10000/- in PACL, Hyderabad with due date on 30/04/2014. On 06/08/2014 i applied for buy back but till date i have not received the refund of my invested money. I have been rigorously following up with the company officials but i donot see any progress, every time they ask me to come after 3 months. I even called their HO customer care center asking for the status of my refund money. after verifying they told me that my application has not been submitted yet. I donot understand how can they be so unprofessional and unorganized.

My father trusted them so much and we opened 5 policies .we are middle class family . Month on month he use to collect and save amount just to pay this amount and now after 5 years they have cheated him. I will fight for him. Its not a right way ! We want justice.
