They are saying pearl is a fraud company they are not refunding money back to customer when policy get complete. So can you tell me about my policy when we get our money back which we was invest ...? I had invested Rs.10000/- in PACL, Hyderabad with due date on 30/04/2014. On 06/08/2014 i applied for buy back but till date i have not received the refund of my invested money. I have been rigorously following up with the company officials but i donot see any progress, every time they ask me to come after 3 months. I even called their HO customer care center asking for the status of my refund money. after verifying they told me that my application has not been submitted yet. I donot understand how can they be so unprofessional and unorganized.
