Hello sir, my fathe have join a deposit plan for 5 year with pacl india . now they completed 5 year of that plan accroding to plan we get 50000 case in hand after 5 years n we also completed 5 years before one year n we apply for our deposit money return but we still dont get any response pls give some impresive tasks to get money return our money .

I have done a policy with PACL Ltd. for Rs. 550/- per month vide policy no. U[protected] on a payment term of 06 years which already ended in 25/02/2015. but still i have not received my maturity amount in my account, while the agency person completed all the formalities from my end. i have already submitted my bank detail and other necessary documents regarding bank transfer, but still i have not got the maturity amount. it has already passed a long period of four months. so kindly look into the matter

Sir, This is D.LAKSHMIDEVI. I have an account in PACL india limited. I need to complaint you that, I stoped the payment of money to my account due to not coming agent to me. After some days the people who are paying same(neighbours) to this company, they are said to me that the agent escaped with bag of money and my paid receipt. So 1.where is my money? 2. what can i do now? 3.what are the actions about my account? 4. when my money return back?

I have a Policy in PACL india pvt ltd. Policy was expired may 2015 and also agent came to my home and collected the original policy documents .as per the agent after verification of the documents will be get the money.but still I have not get amount from the company. I have called several times but official authority saying that still case is in court we are not in poss ion to refund the amount. Please look into this refund the amount as early as possible . I am Dattatreya Kishore Kumar from: Rajahmundry. earlier we have deposited the Rs.25000/- on PACL India Ltd., in Rajahmundry. So the meture amount time is lapsed last 6months, but we have do not arranged the refund amount for office authorities. So please take necessary action. Myself Bharat Suthar, living in Mumbai, Maharashtra . Having policy in PACL Limited, My policy No. U[protected] Dated. 29/06/2009. I paid Rs. 440.00 every month as a installment, last installment paid in 20/09/2013. My policy was matured in Sep.-2013. I submitted Original certificate and necessary documents with form in Nov-2013. After one month when i contact PACL branch, they did not give appropriate answer regarding that matter. I still not get my money please help me in this matter so that i can get my money as early...

निबेदन है कि मेने (पर्ल्स) पी ए सी एल लिमिटेड कम्पनी में 550 रूपए तिमाही क़िस्त पर 7 साल तक 15400 रूपए जैम किये मेरा पॉलिसी न U[protected] है जो कि मीना सिंह नाम से है 1 साल हो गया पूरा हुए लेकिन पेमेंट बापस नहीं किया जबकि सेबी और सैट ने 22/08/2014 को आदेश किया की आप सभी कस्टमर का पेमेंट कर दे/ लेकिन कम्पनी ने नहीं किया / में शारीरिक रूप से काफी परेसान हु/ अतः आपसे निवेदन है की उचित कार्यवाही कर जल्द से जल्द पेमेंट करवाया जाय /

Dear sir, I am a customer of PACL. My reg no.- U[protected] Agency code- [protected] Agency unit code-[protected] Payment plan no. I8-054, 06yr-om Commenced on 23/07/2011 I have invested in a half yearly RD scheme of rs 10660/- I paid 06 installments.. After that due to SEBI /PACL problems I am not able to deposit my premium.. Now I heard a lot about PACL, and further I don't want to invest in your company even if you continue premium deposits.. When I am approaching my agency they are giving a response like..( are ab kuch nai ho Sakta, ab paisa wapis nai milega ) Please sir I am requesting kindly refund my amount.. It will be good for me and also good for the fame of your company.. Please be good for your customers ..

Vide my agency code No [protected] I have deposiyed/invested custmer meney with PACL India Ltd .Since more than 2 year have been past no maturity paid by the company resulting i am facing lots of threaten from the custmer. please let me know the probable date of maturity payment

Dear sir respected urge`nt policy holder refund, shri giridhar jalbarao narote at maslaga po devthana tq bhokar dist nanded (maharashtra )mobile no : [protected] iam pacl company in commision agent related job work complete but my policy holder totally premimum paid to company its policy matury is completed but is not given to company refund thise types cases are availble sir please my problem urgent solve

All the department including SEBI, SAT, Government Home Minister are enjoying AACHE DI KA SWAD!!! by taking bribe from PACL. No one is interested to solve this issue at the earliest and held responsible to spread wrong message in the Country for poor, helpless, illiterate Indian People.

We stop inventing our money to your company because when we had about pacl ltd, people was saying about pacl company. They are saying pearl is a fraud company they are not refunding money back to customer when policy get complete. So can you tell me about my policy when we get our money back which we was invest ...? If you want then we can share with our pearl ltd documents-agreement, payment slip and policy number also, which you provided me.
