I opened a new policy with registration no U[protected] dt[protected] in the name Issac Gnana Selvam for Rs. 5000/- per year in PACL company tirunelveli branch and i further paid two premiums on may 2012 and may 2013. Since may 2014 onwards they refuse to accept the premium and they are not returning the premium already paid. Sir, I have taken a pearl investment plan in which I had to invest Rs. 16670 per year. But from few months, my Patna branch is not receiving my money and saying that at present all the deposits are closed till further order. Due to this I am not able to deposit my premium.
