    I am a customer of pacl my registration no. is:- U[protected] name:-Jyotsnaben Dated 15/06/2008. My policy is Completed after 6 year date 15/06/2014 with maturity amount Rs.34, 650 and i submitted completed documentation and Bond for my Payment on 07/07/14. But when i go into office of PACL they clearly say we are unable to pay your payment our account is not oppen (sealed).Now its almost 10month delayed so i submit my complaint about this . i request u to plz clear this issue as soon as possible.                   I opened a new policy with registration no U[protected] dt[protected] in the name Issac Gnana Selvam for Rs. 5000/- per year in PACL company tirunelveli branch and i further paid two premiums on may 2012 and may 2013. Since may 2014 onwards they refuse to accept the premium and they are not returning the premium already paid.
